Went in after work Alvaro helped us out, we asked for 1 spicy pizza and one sweet pizza, we let him create the pozza. let me tell you it was delicious he knocked it out of the park, if you get the chance to go and Alvaro is working i promise he won't disappoint. Would definitely get another Alvaro special.
Staff doesn’t listen to your instructions. They messed up the ingredients on the pizza and then forgot to make the cheese bread. Made me wait an extra 25 minutes past the pickup time.

I like that they put a lot of toppings, could be faster though - waited about 15 minutes more than the estimate, nearly double the time.

11/12/21 noon-ishThey were really busy with mobile orders so a few of the customers including me had to wait quite a bit, which wasn't really issue with me. The customer service was pretty good despite feeling like they were moving a bit slow.When my pizza was done I asked for light drizzle of balsamic vinegar. I don't think the girl that helped me heard me and I don't think she realizes that the balsamic vinegar will spread from the pizza's heat so unfortunately my pizza is now drowning in balsamic vinegar and trying to use napkins to soak it up unfortunately doesn't help.I just hope that someone will see this review and be more careful with balsamic vinegar now
Went there for a fundraiser. I don't think they were prepared for that. Ordered my toppings... they wrote it and then as they were putting them on they advised me they didn't have any Canadian bacon for a hawaiian pizza. That would have been nice to know before you put everything else on. Then I asked them not to burn the bottom and of course it was super dark. That's all you tasted is burnt crust. I just don't get it.
First time here and asking for some guidance and very rude employees. Food was ok but employees need to be retrained.I ordered the cheesy bread from here. The cheesy bread includes red sauce, but today I didn't receive the red sauce. I asked if there was any red sauce, and the staff didn't say anything and poured oil on the bread. I said I didn't want the oil, I wanted the red sauce. After that, the staff unkindly replied that there was no sauce cup. The staff said they would make the cheesy bread again, and I had to wait again. When the second cheesy bread came out, the employee didn't even say my name and threw it on the counter.Either way never coming back to this location
No ice tea ask the employee and he said I don’t know how to make it !!! Seriously
