I went there for dinner tonite.I was so disappointed! A lot of the dishes were not filled at all! The ice cream buckets were all empty! The dessert bar was mostly empty! There was more than enough help there also and the place was filling up slowly!!I was with a party of 5 and it was 5:00!! At the dinner price of over $18 this was really upsetting and also insulting! These people should be ashamed of themselves!!I should have taken pictures! It was unbelievable!!
You should charge a $1.50 for bottled water for $1 for ice water. adjust for inflation so they will buy the soda. Put the salad bar first as appetizer. Food is always wonderful very tasty and fresh great value.You are wonderful service of people realize that and don't mind supporting great food quality consistency and freshness.Charge a dollar for food waste per plate.The carbohydrates and the protein last. Put up a sign remind people not to waste food or they will be charged.Always consistent quality food wonderful desserts flan and ice cream well worth the money
Second time at this place. First encounter, customer service - well I can say they were plain rude, they need a little more training on how to talk to customers. We waited about 15 minutes to be called for our number. Being this time, it was crowded! I mean you have to make a line to get the food almost in every station. The food was good, tasty, and fresh, and the waiters picking up the dirty dishes were okay, we had a girl come to our table asking if we would like refills on our drinks. We will probably go back there just jot any time soon. If I ever go back, hopefully the customer service is BETTER!!! ???????
Impressive selection. Even escargot. First time I’ve seen that! (I couldn’t bring myself to eat it, but my wife liked it.)Very reasonable price. Great service for drinks and dish removal. Desserts are lackluster, but people come for the food.Mostly seafood. I would definitely recommend and return.
Be careful I been going there for years last night I asked for hot tea they gave me hot water forgot to put the tea bags in . I know they're very busy so I politely asked a female if I can get hot tea bags she said I'm not God and to go sit down I looked at her and looked at my boyfriend and we both said what just happened. I asked to speak to the manager she comes out from around the corner and says I am the manager very rude and telling me I am not God and for me to get out. I then went to sit down with my boyfriend and daughter and my daughter started crying why was she mean why did she start yelling I did apologize to my daughter because that should have never happened. She then decided to get security to come and escort us out of the building once again my daughter stood up and said fighting with my mom something a child should never do or experience just be careful not all of them are mean you got some good workers all I ask for was the tea bags that they forgot to put in. One thing my child is 6 years old so sad.

I had to go twice before I made a review!!! I looked everywhere and they re like the only buffet that’s consistent with crab right now !!! Everything is fresh and thanks crystal for serving us amazingly!!! Great place for large groups and the atmosphere is family friendly!!! The have the Mongolian grill and they are always cleaning !!! Definitely my new buffet!!! One thing I will say and it’s the customers, watch out for the ice cream! They have a lot ofChoices but people are not sanitary when getting it kids digging in and washing their hands with the scooper water!!! They need a new system for that !
My husband and I were here on vacation and we came across this restaurant and saw that it was packed, they told us it was about a 15 minute wait and they had more than a few people waiting to be seated. Everyone was called like about everym minute or so, we were seated in like 10 mins or less.The quality of this restaurant is crazy!The food was great, we loved it sooo much we hope to be able to come again and enjoy this gem.They have some great items on their list.Absolutely loved this place!!
Where else can you go and have Chinese that don't speak English as waitresses and cooks that are south American (Latin), food is horrible. and no Chinese customers, but only at this place the chef had no mask, and the dishwasher had a mask on but his nose was on the outside of it. the bathroom was dirty!!! and no gloves for the customer, to put on to handle the spoons to serve one self from 1 to 10 is a 3.5
