Just had the new waygu steakhouse burger and wasn't impressed ??. First of all no hamburger weather it be waygu beef or other wise, should never be put into a deep fryer then microwaved before going between two buns. To call this waygu is an insult to the cow. Second of all, knowing that this was a mixture of ground beef and waygu(not knowing the percentages) while edible you could get this at; Wendy's, Jack in the Box, or In and Out. Arby's needs to stick to making sandwiches, and stay out of the relm of burgers.
Received a email coupon for free sandwich with a purchase. So I ordered the 2 for $6 and the lady said you can't order a promo deal. I said then I'll purchase 1 regular and then I'll get my free sandwich. After I got home I only had 1 sandwich in the bag. I was so hungry and frustrated that I made a complaint to corporate and they sent me 2 complimentary meal gift cards good to use at any Arby's location. I go back to the locaton and the manager got so defensive saying I couldn't use the card at her location but didn't read that the gift card was good at any Arby's, and was still in denial. As much as I love Arby's, I will not be going to this location anymore. The food is good but customer service sucks!! I used the second gift card at another location and had no problems at all.
Cheddar melts are the best. And so are the fish sandwiches. Love the onion bread.
Better filleo fish then McDonald's way way better McDonald's 2for$5:00 only Friday Arby's 2for $6:00 everyday worth the xtra buck
I have not been to Arby's in a long time we used to have one close but they moved location my favorite was the barbecued beef sandwich should have ordered that when I ordered my food I got the special I did not like either sandwich very disappointing sometimes you have to stick with what you like it's near my doctor's office South give it another chance but I'll definitely make sure I order the barbecue beef
Roast beef sandwich could have had more beef in it, was a bit chincy, if it hadn't been 2 for deal it would have been made normal. So your not getting the same sandwich. Get you act together Arbys !!
I love the Brisket sandwich, worth every penny! And the Cream shake was super good!
First off their prices have gotten crazy but we also do not need to be scolded like we are children just because we forgot to tell you about 1 of the coupons when we ordered at the drive thru speaker. Don't be lazy...it can be fixed. Especially since we hadn't paid yet.
Tasty food, great speedy service. Sad that they stopped serving the pizza sliders but love all of their menu, especially those Godiva chocolate milkshakes. We did drive-thru and it was super quick.
They forgot my fries at $2.99. I like this Arby's they are always good and nice workers, place is clean, we always go in because they always have parking spots.????
