Ordered a bagel with cream cheese and although it got toasted it was not crunchy at all, very soft, I asked for another one and the manager okayed it but the second time it turned out the same. I think something is wrong with their toaster or they need to turn up the toaster setting.
Ordered a couple of lox bagels and a breakfast bagel. I'd love to have a word with whoever sets the recipes here. The lox bagel did not include cream cheese. It's not even really a lox bagel. I found myself removing things from the bagel because of the taste, i was just eating bagel and salmon. The coffee is good and the staff is super friendly but man, the food here leaves so much to be desired. The prices are out of line, as well, i don't pay $10 for a breakfast bagel in SF, I'm surprised that I do outside of it. Save your money and go somewhere that has real lox bagels
Was here yesterday for a small meetup. Got in line and ordered breakfast. Got the regular breakfast bagel with sausage and a large Mango smoothie. This was my first time at this location, I usually go to or order from the other location. There was outside seating with shade which was nice and all of the employees were nice and working hard. The place was packed the full hour we were there.
They make great smoothie and Bakery items.Great costumer service

I found a hair in the paper my bagel was wrapped in, I know it's not mine since it's small and black. I'm pretty disappointed since this is usually my favorite place to go for bagels but this seriously grossed me out
The staff here are amazing the Food is always great, I highly recommend the Bacon swiss breakfast bagel with bacon. Back it up with a toasted bagel with my favorite cream cheese Jalapeño or butter whatever one fits you the best ?
