You might have to wait a little bit to get in because these guys always have a dinner rush from 8:00 to 10:00 at least.Don't be a jerk about it; it's the reality of fast food.These guys have never messed up my order once, there's a reason why there's a long line every night.
Came through the dinning room yesterday, completely full. The cashier was really fast and kind I didn’t get a good chance to see his name tag but I think it was “Julio” he does an extremely well job considering he’s the only one managing the dinning room by his own. He undertook the dinning room very fast and accurate!
After messing up our order 3 times and charging us for stuff we didn't order, the frosty-ccinos we received were horrendously watered down, now I understand ice melts after a while, and they most likely just have a big thing with ice and the drink in it, the coffee we received was like they were rinsing out the machine and decided to serve it, food is usually OK so im a bit disappointed.
I spent 20 minutes trying to use their app ( which sucks in so many ways) before getting into the drive-thru line because that was actually quicker. I spent another five to six minutes in their drive-thru line, ordered, got to the window to pay, and apparently two years into a global pandemic, and this location doesn't have contactless payment ability. So I left, and got my second choice, which was the Taco Bell right next door. SMH.
The wait I'm line took sooo long but it's as expected as they are a good fast food place. Priced good as well.
Waited 30 minutes for my online order to be ready, and then I get this. Instead of driving back to change it I'm simply not coming here anymore.

To my suprize friendly staff, food was made right, however drive thru line looks like a war zone too many cars.Met a great lady there older who was really nice
Always great food but the drive thru times man if you're on lunch break and have a short one you might wanna reconsider only due to the slow drive thru times. I understand lunch rush but it's management's job to be prepared for the rush.Other than that Wendy's is a great place for food that's a little more healthy and hearty than most fast food places.
Consistently the slowest drive-thru experience ever. I'm surprised corporate allows this incompetence to stand, and I'm even more surprised people here are willing to waste their time being stuck in the ridiculous long lines. You could get service and be done in a regular sot down restaurant by the time you get up to the pickup window at this Wendy's.
