I don’t know it what consists but they don’t take coupons. I don’t know why subway give coupons and the owner don’t take it. I buy from them because they are closer but I rather go to the one by target. And for some reason the one by target the bread is way better.
This location quality and procedure are quite different from other locations and has no customer service at all. The employees talk to each other, not the customer, they count the super thin slices of meat (the meat was not on parchment paper) they do not ask if you wish lettuce, tomatoe etc., they stare at you, wrap the sandwich and ring you up at while selecting chips , they ask about soda without mentioning condiments. Rushed us through the to pay. I asked for condiments they said they would bring it to me because they had to fill little cups with mustard and/or vinegar and I waited they never prepared them. Subway has changed drastically -or- the Streets of Brentwood location is the worst. I have one star for a good location.

Terrible, just terrible place. The lady makes the sandwiches smaller than at any other Subway I've been to - for double the price of other Subways. Even worse, I had diarrhea after eating their terrible food. Stay safe by staying away from this Subway. Believe the other negative reviews.
Love that they do fundraisers for local schools! Staff are always friendly!
