Because of the shortages they barely have alot of items which is out of their control. Good customer service, they helped me find items to replace the missing items.
Went into this Sbux after visiting the mattress store on 1/26 at 7:40pm. There was zero customers in the store and we were not greeted upon entering as we usually are at any other sbux we visit. The person who was going to take our order - slowly walked over to the register and just looked at us, until my husband finally said - are you ready??? HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. So disappointing.
Poor communication. No one calls out names and the pick up counter is a mess.
But had to tell the cashier what a passion fruit tea was using raspberry.. I was confused ?

This particular Starbucks location does a really good job. They're always quick and is waste quick and they get the orders correct.

This Starbucks is by far my favorite one in the area. The staff is always so kind and have never gotten my order wrong in the dozens of times I've been here. They are also incredibly fast and efficient. I love going here!
