I'm picky with Mexican food. I can say I found a new favorite spot in the area. Freshly made tortillas, Pastor is off the hook and the Torta is crispy, not soggy bread like usual in other places
Husband Order a burrito rice was hard, older son order a burrito too and rice was hard very little meat and toppings most of it was rice and I order tortilla soup was very salty not well made and my kids order nachos and lots of chips no meat no cheese or toppings?? And everything was very cold n we got there at the time it said it would be ready.? Not what I expected not the wow!! I was wanting! We will not buy again!
My wife doesn’t even like tacos but she likes these. Her only regret was not ordering the quesabirria taco for herself. Menu’s a little daunting the first time through but you catch on fast.
First time here, and while the food was delicious and interesting to watch the FRESH tortillas be made, not one of the employees were even smoking which is not a good sign of a business practice to have unhappy employees. We try to add value to people that don't smile by trying to joke around and finally got the girl ringing us up to crack a smile at the end. So has to be -1 ⭐.But the quesabirria tacos with the dip was AMAZING! My husband loved putting the dip on top of his California Burrito (that has the delicious type of crunchy french fries in it) ?Price value was slightly high, especially for the lack of customer friendliness (felt like we were almost in the way for the ordering part), but the beautiful weather made the outside porch very pleasant as the sun set!
Love the tacos and tostada. The tortillas are rolled out in front of you and they let you choose all of the toppings. Great customer service and competitively priced. It's one of my favorites in the area.
So bomb pics speak volumes!! Meat was flavor full, tender and didn't have one piece of gristle like many other build ur own places. Quality ingredients great flavor and friendly staff.
I have ordered from Que Onda several times and each time the food was fresh and tasted great. The restaurant is very clean and the service is friendly. They have lots of options for toppings. Definitely worth trying!
We've ordered 3x now and each time has been wildly different. The first time we ordered (6 tacos), right when they opened, the service was amazing, tacos were numbered based on our online order, no chips and salsa, but at this point we didn't know any better.Second time we ordered (7 tacos), a little less care seemed to have been put into making the tacos *which* for $4 each, was a bit disappointing but everything was labeled and we got 2 bags of chips and 2 different Salsas.Today we ordered for the 3rd time (6 tacos) and none of the taco containers were labeled, most had a soupy mess of salsa making them fall apart instantly, and the taco themselves looked nothing like they had in the past/undercooked?We got 1 half full bag of chips and 1 Oz container of salsa on the side.I don't know that we will return after this gradual decline.
Food was excellent. Fries on the papa loca were crispy, chicharones taco was amazing. quesabirria was cooked perfect. The fresh tortillas sealed the deal.
The food was very flavorful and the meat portions are massive compared to Chipotle. However, the Al Pastor has some kind of traces of peanut in it and that wasn't advertised anywhere in the restaurant so my friend who is deathly allergic ordered it and had to go to the hospital!! Who puts peanuts in al pastor??! Wish I could give this more stars but unfortunately a life was on the line in order for this restaurant to make $$$...
