the staff they have serving is very rude, they speak badly to people when asking for the order, mainly the girl who is delivering the first entrees of the meal.
I placed my order online and i thought i ordered at the panda express a couple blocks away. When i called to have my ordered canceled since i wasn't in that area, the rude man told me he already made it. Ya you made everyone's food for tonight. I asked for a refund and he hung up on me. When i called back, no one answered. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!
Quantity is so less. A bowl did not have enough to fill my 12 years kid's hunger. A bigger plate has so less chow-mien. When I requested for little more when visit second time, she looked at me like i asked her lungs or liver. Not sure why are you not giving enough in plate. Some of the staffs are good and friendly. if it is not enough given then we slowly stop ordering or visiting the place. My all wishes for you to improve.
Panda Express is great! I love the food and quick service. The only issue is when there is a rush, there needs to be a better system put in place for ordering and online orders. It seems what is currently in place is very messy and causes many problems for customers.
Two months ago I did a doordash and I was not impressed. I will never ever eat at this location again. I ordered for delivery and the food was not fresh at all. You don’t get your money worth! I picked over my food. What a waste of money! Never again!
Very disappointed, I went there around 9pm and the plate they served me was just very upsetting, they literally gave me 3 pieces of orange chicken and let's not talk about the Kung Pao chicken! I wish I could get my money back. Paid almost 10 dollars for scraps
This place is a [email protected]#$ show. Yeah they are hiring and they need people asap. There is better food for less headache.
Still one of favorite places. But, they are getting stingy with the meat portions.
Disappointed with the service. Left food standing for 10 min and cold. Ask the staff, was rude about it they gave more priority to door dash and Uber eats orders. Won’t come to this particular Panda ever again. Not cool!
Just picked up Dinner and brought it home, after opening my Box and began eating I noticed two tiny Bugs crawling out of the Box!! Yuck !!! Of course I stopped eating this food I am completely disgusted by this Experience!Will never go there again!!
