Food never ready in time and over all service is good
The Cashier Angela had an amazing customer service! I love her patience she’s amazing at her work, she’s very sweet. I will be coming back to this mountain mikes because of Angela’s customer service! I hope she takes my order again. The most amazing first experience coming here:)
Great customer service. Food is not so good.
Called in an order with a meal deal coupon. Waited an hour for the delivery. Come to find out the girl who took my phone order did not use the meal deal coupon I gave her. She did not apply a coupon at all. Cold pizza to boot.
Still have to wear mask, but pizza is excellent. Looks like they have some dining in.

Utilized a large outdoor eating area for a soccer team celebration. Pizza was great. Staff was friendly. Only complaint, wait time for pizza was insane. They were very busy, but well over an hour is unreasonable
The chicken club pizza is amazing! I order mines with ham.
Was able to eat inside, as we showed our vaccine info. Pizza was great! Toppings galore!
I'd give it a 5 for the food, but it loses stars for its cashier. Melina took my mom's order and asked them to put it under her name. I was standing right there for the conversation, so I'm certain of the name. My mom even spelled it for her. When I went to pick it up, I told them the name, they said they didn't have it, I said it was definitely under mom's name, and went through hoops trying to figure it out. Turns out they put it under someone else's name from our address/phone. No big deal, right? So I want to pay and be on my way but the chick wants to talk about how I ordered wrong and that I should have told them the correct name and yadda yadda yadda. Girl, how was I supposed to know YOU did YOUR job wrong? Just take my money and give me my pizza.
