Hello, last night I went to Five Guys for the first time. I felt at home. They have excellent service. The restaurant was very clean. The hamburger is the best I've ever tasted, and the fries They are the best I have ever tried in my life. The employees and the manager were doing an excellent job. I hope they continue like this. Thank you very much for the excellent service. I recommend that you go to five guys.Brentwood
First time here. Food just okay, fries were a bit burnt /over done and waaayyyy too much salt. I don't mind the higher food prices as long as service is good and the restaurant is clean but I had neither.The restaurant itself was a bit messy, tables not cleaned at all and garbage was over spilling from garbage bins..making it not very enticing to sit and eat here. The soda machine screens had ketchup smears all over. Also, the air conditioner was cranked up so high, customers were complaining about how freezing cold it was but nothing was done. It was a cold day outside so not understanding the reason for polar conditions on the inside?I hope management cares enough to clean up this literally messy fast food restaurant.. I don't plan on returning anytime soon... Not impressed.
A great place to visit and enjoy the burgers made with whatever you want to add to it. Fries are nice tasting, and offer shakes if you don't care for Coca Cola products, or that all in one machine that dispenses the soda (which I don't)
Rude staff, poor service. Marissa or Mirixa (?) needs some manager training. Fries were good. Burgers soggy and not hot.
Good food, but a little overpriced. Has one of those nasty tasting all in one soda machines, so order water.

I'm a real person so I love real food and 5 guys is absolutely wonderful!!! The burgers are juicy not greasy. Everything is soooo fresh and let's bit even mention the fries. OMG The best!!! I always get the Cajun fries which are very well seasoned they don't need any catchup or ranch. The service is very fast. Unless it's on a Friday night in a very busy area but still worth the wait which is still pretty fast. The MILKSHAKES are also real real vanilla ice cream, real Bananas, real chocolate ice cream just real for real good. (Yum) This place is so addicting and it really doesn't matter which 5 guys you visit. Even my smallest grandkids ask for it by name.
Always love a good Five Guys burger. They might be a little more expensive than other fast food places but their burgers are worth it. Definitely get yourself some cajun fries if you go
They make a really good burger! A small order of french fries can feed two persons.
Pre covid 5 guys was my husband and I go to spot. I don't eat burgers but I love their fries and would settle on a cheese dog. My husband thinks the fries are like the old school QuikWays (its an Oakland thing). Lately they have fallen off, hot dog burnt but luke warm on the inside, slack off on the amount of fries they now give is just disappointing. No other quick burger joint would load you up with fries which is why 5 guys stood out from others and tha fact they are guaranteed to be hot and fresh. Not sure I'll be going back anytime soon. Oh and I don't like when an employee of any establishment gives me attitude when I ask for my food to be remade because it is wrong or undercooked.
