First time at this place and ordered takeout.I was told my order would be ready in 15 min. I got there in 15 min.and waited another 15 min for my order. I walked out smelling like burnt grease from waiting there so long.My food was ok but my first experience with this place was absolutely disappointing.
I always pick up Japanese and Chinese dishes from Enishi Kitchen. Yesterday my order was ready on time, and everything was delicious, as usual.
Did not like the food at all! This is a place that you would have to taste on your own. My family did not like it!
Very good food and value for money servings! The Japanese-Chinese food selection is a good idea! There's definitely something for everyone! We will definitely come back...
Great mixture of Chinese food and sushi rolls. A light fun place that is kid friendly. The service is fast and friendly, but the food is even better.
Very disappointed with the Sushi, what happened. Prices went up, but quality and portion size is noticeable going down 👇!!!
I wondered if the restaurant change ownership. Defenetly superior quality and portions before. Sushi rolls are half of the size now! Dishes with shrimp and fish not worth it, they are cutting corners and saving money. I really like it before, but last time I order just wasn't the same quality anymore! Is a shame.
The servers are nice and pretty. They abide by COVID measures and the food is great. Who's up for sake bombs?
I loved this place for quite some time and *hate* leaving unfavorable reviews, but after management has changed, I'm blown away by the decline in customer service as well as quality. The past few orders I noticed the rolls are so much smaller in comparison and it's mostly "filler" (cucumber/avocado/super fried little shrimp) rather than a sufficient roll. Tonight took the cake when we ordered 3 rolls (one hand roll) and were quoted a time for pickup. More than 45 minutes after that time, my husband was still waiting for the order. Finally got the order and the rolls again were subpar, for a $40 order. This was one of our favorite spots prior, but no more. I'll check out Chelsea downtown instead.
Delicious food, friendly service and an excellent selection of food items. I really enjoyed the spicy/sour soup and the 5 times spicy chicken.
