All the drinks get 5 stars. Delicious beverages & cheerful employees. Thank you. But the music is so loud. Overly loud. We did walk up & had to repeat our order & could not hear the employee we have our order to. Plus the music was vulgar. Is there a reason for that? Is this what they are known for? ? Not a family friendly place because of the music. (7/14/22 @ 1:30 pm.)
I ordered the mango smoothie and they tasted delicious. The person at the window was very nice I believe his name was Arturo. He asked me how was my day and if he could do anything else to make sure my order was complete. I appreciate the customer service. Going back soon!
Love love love this place. Yes I mean the one downfall is painfully obvious which is the unbelievably long line that you’re normally met with no matter the time of day or day of the week. With gas prices I’ve found that just parking and approaching the walk-up window makes quite the difference.
The staff is very friendly and helpful even though the line looked incredibly long the wait was short and we all enjoyed our drinks ?

Friendly staff. Most drive through, but there is also parking and a walk up window. Occasionally a food truck parked outside, so if you're doing drinks here and picking up lunch somewhere else, definitely come here first in case the truck looks better.
Love the vibes, the workers. Always have a smile and great conversation with you. It can be 4am or 4pm and the energy is always great. Super helpful with suggestions. This place is my weekly treat!
staff are nice, although the line was crazy they make it easy for us to get the order very quick and the coffee really fresh and good!
OMG I finally made it to Dutch Bros and they totally made my day. The staff was super nice and helpful. It was my first time here and I had no idea what they offered. I just wanted a coffee! What do I know about all the different options. The girl at the front was super patient and helpful. Thank you! It's nice to experience positive customers service. Plus they have good coffee!
Yummy coffee, even the decaf! The long lines suck, though. I only go here when there is no line. I wish their walk up patio window was open more often. I hate drive throughs and always prefer the walk up window.
