We've been going to Dad's since they first opened in Antioch and now in Brentwood. Breakfast food quality has gone down from what used to be a 5 star rating. Pancakes - tough, everyone is exactly the same size as the other and a little sweet. Nothing like they used to be. It seems like the pancakes are premade/frozen and they just heat them up on the grill. Crispy bacon which used to be really great - the bacon quality is not as good as before, small skinny pieces and rarely crispy even when asked for.Service is always a 5 star but the food quality is off. Hope they get it together so we can return some day.

I was here with a girlfriend from the mountains & knowing they made homemade clam chowder, I took a container home! It is the BEST & thickest clam chowder I’ve ever had!♥️ Thank you!!?

Food was alright was a little off put by the guy at the counter touching food on my plate without gloves or washing his hands

The service was OK but the food was a big let down. It tasted raw and bad ?

Breakfast was amazing food was great atmosphere was inviting.

Went about a week ago. 2 people ahead of us were seated no issues. When it was our turn the owner or manager asked my wife and i for our Vaccination cards. He never asked the other people seated before us for proof. We pulled them out and he just said ok. Didn't bother looking at them. What was the point of even asking for them. Rather take my business to Black Bear dinner . Just wanted to flex his power. What a clown

Stopped her for Fathers Day lunch and the food is to die forMeat was delicious, mac n cheese has hint of pepper and melts. The pork was great to and the bowl with beans and rice are delicious and Im not really even a beans person.

Great food. Comfortable and simple good old fashioned diner. The front door has a sign that says masks are required, and all the employees are wearing them . . . except for Dad.Come on Dad, follow your own damn rules and wear your mask. I know it's your joint but wear your mask and be a good role model for your employees and customers!

I especially appreciate my friend Roger who treated me to a wonderful breakfast and our waitress Patema.

Not bad food is good costumer service great
