Very clean and positive atmosphere. Great customer service and the pizza is so delicious!!! Will definitely return with my family and I would definitely recommend for other families.
Kids always have the best of times
Saturday March 5 2022, my whole family got sick after having pizza here, anyone else ? Place was packed and made the decision to stay. Food wasn't and didn't look good as when the card vaccines were mandatory i guess employees didn't care to cook chicken on pizza throughly. Heard employees complaining saying they were gonna put their 2 weeks notice ?
The manager was super on it. Staff were very attentive and the place was very clean and organized. I was very impressed and my kid had a wonderful time.
We like to go on Wednesdays why children can play 1 hour for 15dlls and now that cleaner you just can't enter if you don't have the covid vaccination card.
My son loves Chuck E. Cheese, always had a fun and enjoyable time. On the most recent trip he told me he never wanted to return, it was so boring. The staff was anything but helpful, my dad waited in the line for about 10 minutes, once he approached the counter he had asked a question and the staff member at the register told him "I'm going on break I cant help you with anything you have to go to the back of the other line". I worked in customer service well over 10 years and know that employees have to take their breaks, but for them to not even greet customers who had been waiting in line with a simple "hello how are you, I apologize for the wait" is not acceptable. He waits and proceeds to ask his question again only to be told "you go over there and figure it out". There was a very kind and helpful customer that was nearby and helped my dad out with what he needed. A person who was a paying customer not employed by Chuck E. Cheese went above and beyond to help. This specific location needs to do have their staff retrained or hire new people who know how to properly communicate, and do their job effectively.
Since where we live doesn't have one, going to this one was sorta nalstaligic, my girls loved it... However the party hosted here had left such a huge mess there kids were going into the prize cabinet that was left unlock and unattended... And their families were t that nice of people...
Need to show proof of vaccination card or a photo of the card is ok.Btw, each kid will get a free winner slip for each visit. Either free tickets and free cotton candy. We wish we could win a Lg pepperoni pizza. :-)

Granddaughter's 6th birthday. Very nice set up, kids had a great time.
