I will never eat at this location again (century blvd) We waited 10 minutes for only one person in front of us and I wondered why because there were 5 employees that I could see. An employee was literally eating chicken being chopped up with no gloves on, with her mouth open... (I later learned it was the manager). When I asked if someone could wash the tables (they were all filthy but no one was seated in the restaurant) the \\\"manager\\\" yelled at me because I apparently crossed a line leading to the kitchen. When she came out she shouldered me when my back was turned (I was getting a drink) and then said Scuze meee-- that's when I found out she was the manager because I then asked for the manager. She would not give her name and was not wearing a name tag when I asked for it. I had planned on calling the incident in but I decided not to. I instead decided that my family won't be eating at this location ever again. This was our second time visiting this location in a month with terrible service and wait times. We love Chipotle but we won't go to the Pittsburg location ever again. I suggest the Lone Tree Chipotle restaurant instead. We've learned that Lone Tree Chipotle is cleaner and the staff more courteous.
Very disappointed. Asked for vegi 3-pointer with carnetas, got lots of tomatoe\\nSalsa instead. The other order was correct. If the crew can not understand vegi over salsa, then I don't know what they're doing. Take care they make your order correctly.\\nIt's going to be a long time before I come back. Not worth the cost.
I decided to try this place again after a long while thinking they'd improved, but nope. Placed a mobile order 20 minutes ahead, waited another 20 minutes after i got there, and this is what I see when I get home, disgusting. This is clearly a management problem.
I ordered a chicken rice bowl & got home and it was beef not chicken. Couldn't get through to anybody on the phone. The automated voicemail wanted me to send them an email but they never gave me the address. Frustrating!!
Ordered a pickup order. Got there 10 minutes late. Waited 10 minutes and then asked. They hadn't made it yetTook another 20 minutes. I could have gone through the regular line 10 times over. Not a good experience. Won't use the pre-order route again.
I used to adore chipotle but today, when I found a BUG, yeah thats right a BUG in my quesdilla I immedietly spit it out, I am disgusted by the fact they did that. What bug you ask? A LETTUCE BUG. I was thinking the same think, they wash their lettuce. Right...? Now I cant even look at chipotle without throwing up. I am disgusted...??????? I have a medical exemption because of chipotle. Please get urself fixed man.????
Chicken Bowl and the Burritos are excellent.
Food was very good. Serving size was great wasn't just all vegetables but a good sized serving of protein which is rare with Chipotle's. Chicken was wonderfully seasoned and cooked perfectly.
Great Employee's. Really chill place, and they are really fast. 10/10
i ordered double meat on my burrito and barely got two bites of meat on half of the burrito. I saved one 1/2 for the next day and it had absolutely no meat in it- Rip off!
