When asked for Whole milk gives oatmilk. No indication that they don’t offer regular milk. When mentioned about it as a suggestion to say it before ordering, barista kept repeating we don’t carry milk at all.Updating review for responsiveness and acknowledgment ?
The owners are amazing people, great community leaders and the coffee, tea and pastries are amazing
Took my son here after school for the two of us to spend some time together. He got a POG chiller and I got the green apple chiller. The drinks were super good. We also got a croissant and chocolate bundt cake slice. From the moment we walked in, all of the employees were super kind, they even gave him a little drunk umbrella for his chiller. We sat outside in the shade and another employee stopped to talk to us. Even the customers were super nice! We will definitely be back. Our total with a 20% tip was about $26 so we'll definitely have to share a snack and drink next time but we had a nice time.
Ordered the guava tea with coconut milk and guava jelly and a poppyseed muffin. So good, glad they recommended it. Not from Brentwood just visiting for the afternoon but will definitely go back next time I'm in the area. The little seating area out front was surprisingly peaceful and chill but no shade. Cute spot check them out
Ube bar & ube mochi donutSo delicious & yummy ? ? . The girl who assists us was very courteous, smiling face & she has pretty face. Today is Sunday @ 10:40 am. I forgot to ask her name. Try it & you will love it ? .
Super cute place! Got a dirty chai and passion twist, both were really good, almost as good as the pastries!! Love the ube! Will definitely go to this place again
Excellent customer service, great coffee and part of my Saturday routine.
Hadn't heard of them until this weekend. Tiny little spot, but great for on the go. Their Chai Latte was super flavorful with authentic Chai flavoring.
I’m a big fan of the green apple chiller & my boyfriend loves his mango tea chiller as well. I’m from Illinois and I’ve tried out plenty of drinks in the past but coming here for the visit I’m definitely missing this drink and this place a lot! Can’t wait to have it again when I come back to visit NorCal! ? definitely an unforgettable drink.
Ordered a latte without realizing their specialty was pour overs. My bad. Instead of being condescending (which was a common barista vibe back when 3rd wave shops were all the rage), they suggested an Ethopian roast and creamed it up. Everyone behind the counter was super friendly and unfake. If I come out to John Muir in Brentwood again, and if I am not in the midst of a dire health situation or such, I am definitely walking across the parking lot and getting another latte...I mean pour over. And the kid said the poppy seed muffin was really good.
