This place is horrible with their delivery orders. I will never order delivery from here again. I cave and order from here because my husband likes their traditional wings and it’s usually my daughters first choice too. They have messed up the order so many times and I have given chance after chance. But this time they gave us the incorrect order plus missing items. Their solution was to give us a credit of $15.96 when the total amount of the missing items and incorrect items including delivery fee was $43.86. We can’t even reorder to get the food we wanted with what they refunded. It’s ridiculous!!
I used to like that place a lot but it has changed. Part of the food that we ordered came to the table partly frozen ? (i don't go to restaurant to get frozen food). Service took forever even though the restaurant wea almost empty. The staff was trying hard to be nice though what we appreciated ?.
So many issues with this place. We were here on a Saturday afternoon, the place had 2 other tables that's it. Our waitress took longer to get 3 sodas and a beer than it did for the manager to bring our appetizers. She then brought the drinks out one at a time, having to ask us to remind her everytime what drink we each wanted. We ordered a Cobb salad that looked like someone threw a bag of lettuce, two slices of tomatoes, a wrinkled hard boiled egg that they cut in half and slap on the side and the smallest bit of dried out shredded chicken on top. No dressing, we even had to ask for silverware. After asking for both, our waitress sarcastically said ya I'm getting it. Then proceeded to clean off two empty tables instead. When we mentioned it the waitress just got defensive and said "well I don't make the food so I don't know what to tell you". And according to the manager, that's just what the presentation is. I had the black bean burger which looked microwaved with a Kraft single on top. The onions on it were just the onion skin not an actual slice of onion. And a huge blob of mustard in the middle. We then got to witness our waitress talk about us while she was with some other staff as they all awkwardly stared at our table when we tried to send the salad back. The manager didn't comp a single meal so we paid over $100 for food worse than fast food. I wouldn't even return for drinks here!
Food tastes good but always arrives cold or partly missing. I've eating there 10 times or more. Last time i went to collect and to my suprise the food was still cold. It's like they do it on purpose, the chef cooks the food and the customer facing staff let the food get cold. The staff i spoke with unenthusiastic. The guy was sat down and the girl was like a depressed goth lol
I was here today to pick up an order that I previously called into the restaurant. Despite the craziness and almost absurd demands of Super Bowl Sunday, I thought the manger and staff were handling themselves quite professionally. I even heard a customer call one of the staff a [email protected] (a blonde woman working at the pick up counter), but the staff member handled herself professionally anyway. Although no one deserves to treated like that, good job guys and I’m impressed at your patience. My family and I will be sure to come back and patronize you all. Great job and hang in there!
FEATHERS on my wings AGAIN Food is ok the wing flavors are not bad but dam.....this makes Wingstop and Buffalo Wild Wings must share the same wing vender and chef...sloppy businesses very disappointed
Too much wait time and the employees at front office are not so prompt on checking the orders for take out or provide an update on readiness. Food was nice and super tasty.
Very spacious place with lots of TVs everywhere and a bar. The food is great but they got our order wrong, which they fixed, and gave us extra wings for free. The customer service by our waiter was also great!
Cauliflower Wings NOT VEGAN!!! I ordered 4 different flavors of their cauliflower wings, which i tasted and was amazed of how tasty they were only to be sadly disappointed after looking up the ingredients. If your vegan like me and looking for plant based options. The cauliflower wings aren’t for you. Please do your research before buying. I was mislead and wasted over $60 on this without knowledge of it being cooked in beef shortening. Do better Buffalo Wild Wings.?
The service was the worst I've ever had. Cold food, wrong orders and a server who had no idea what she was doing. The server had time to sit and eat with her coworkers while we waited 10mins to be greeted. Despite all of the mistakes, the most disgusting thing was this server was not wearing a mask even though she was clearly sick. I watched her cough in the service station, next to all of the ice and drinks. She was rubbing her snotty nose and immediately making drinks. I told my husband let's go, i did not feel comfortable eating there. I order a water and a 6 piece boneless wing bc i couldn't even bring myself to eat there/take off my own mask. Even though we had a small simple order and she only had 4 tables of 2, it was too difficult for her to manage.
