Great coffee. Slow drive thru.
I agree with last post, this morning drive thru customer service was very bad
decent coffee, still better than starbucks
Hit or miss with this place got their vietnamese coffee grosses thing I've tasted in a while. tasted like burnt iced coffee with sour milk and sugar free vanilla creamer. There Cinnamon roll was good. Tasted like a squishy, sweet croissant.
Seems to be an issue every other time I come. Other locations much better. Always so slow & staff acts like they hate their job. They are so rude. I was given an ice tea that looked like dirty water. Why would they even attempt to serve it. Then when i complained i got an ice tea 10 min later with no ice. So ridiculous.
Ive been coming to CB for 21 years. Both Brea locations. 1st the Brea and Randoloh locations and now the Brea Imperial.The Mgr Dennis and assist Mary, Chandler have always been superb. So much so, on Sundays I'd bring them in a box of PK Donuts just to say "thanks".Dennis has left the firm and it seems a new crew is stepping up. I hope the new people take lessons from their predecessor's. If so, it will stay great.
Friendly and courteous. They did get my order wrong in the drive-trhu through. Went in to have them fix it, which they did without hesitation. But it took twice as long as when I was In the drive through to begin with
They're always so friendly! And I chose them over that other place always!!!
The cashier Skyler was very rude and abrupt. When I spoke with the manager, she just said “we are really busy” and walked away. Being busy is no excuse for being rude to your customers. I have already ordered and then asked for a refund. This place does not deserve my hard earned money or business.
