7/14/22 I made a lunch reservation for six of us today at the Brea, California location. Best food ever, of course. But, the biggest kudos go to our server-Eluzia! I cannot remember having a better server anywhere(and I’m an old lady). This young person had it all, from the smile on her face, to her knowledge of the menu, to her impeccable service, to her willingness to get whatever we needed! If you are lucky enough to have Eluzia serve your meal, you’re in for a super time.
The atmosphere is kind of family style and has a large selection of cheesecake, many of which are on display in the front. It was busy so the was, not only a wait to get in, but it took a while before we even started eating. We were, however given bread butter, and our drinks arrived in a timely manner. The food was good overall, the chicken was tender, the pasta was cooked well, the shrimp was tender and the calamari was good, but they were out of a few menu items, and the fries were soft and not very good. This is a big ding. Almost a three star review.... But everything else was good, so I'll excuse the fries. If you like cheesecake, you're in the right place. And for a small fortune, you can delight yourself with an assortment of different flavors.
Dinner was great. If you do reservations make sure to allow time for the request to process otherwise they might not have your request ready by the time you go there.Otherwise the server was super friendly and attentive.In the pictures are spinach dip, fried calamari, and chicken picatta
Came to Cheesecake for the first time during brunch. Only a 20 min wait on a Sunday. Ordered the chilaquiles and bf the dinner sized salmon ?
Very good customer service, the waiters were very helpful and professional. Very clean inside the restaurant and outside of the patio... The food was excellent!!! Yummy...
Rachel F. was a blast!!! Her energy was so wonderful, she made you feel like a friend. Every table she had, she was very welcoming to everyone. Her customer service was excellent, she went above and beyond for us and the rest of her customer's. My wife and I really enjoyed the Chinese salad it was awesome and the mac & cheese side dish. And the service was awesome we had a great waiter
This is a good restaurant with excellent service! You can make a reservation on Yelp. They were very kind. I wad pleased with the dish I ordered. Try the Chicken Bellagio!
If you've never been to The Cheesecake Factory, you're missing out on really delicious food. It's not all about the cheesecake: frankly, spending $10 for a piece of cheesecake is pretty steep to me. However, the piece is generous, they have a large selection, and it really is outstanding. But don't forget the regular menu!
Loved this place. Went there for lunch and I guess we got a newbie waitress. We ordered our drinks and water with lemon. She brought us our water but no lemons. So we ask again for lemons and straws. Waitress came back with a new water with lemon. Only one cup. We ordered our food. My friend wanted fried shrimp and she kept asking her fish and chips? Finally my friend described her plate to her, fried shrimp with fries and coleslaw. Waitress said ok. I ordered the classic trio and told her no mushrooms. She told us got it. When the food came, she got my friends order perfectly unfortunately, I had asked for no mushroom instead they gave me extra mushrooms. They took my plate back. My friends didn't want to start eating so her fries got cold. Finally my food came. After eating we asked for the bill. I didn't catch they charged us for two classic trio plate but the waitress did so she redid the bill. It was quite an experience. Keep it up girl, it's hard out there.
