The team at this store works hard. Cleanliness and friendliness can go such a long way. Big shoutout to Elliot. What a class act. In all my years going to Starbucks stores across the country, I don't think I've encountered anyone that remembered my order, prepares it with ease and hands it to me with a smile before I can even say Def Leppard rules!Jessica is cool too. Getting to know the rest of the staff ; )
DO NOT USE THEIR MOBILE APP. They refuse to serve customers in the order that orders are received. The "manager" also refused me service when I pointed this out.AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

If I could give zero stars I would.They are RUDE. I get that you guys as a company deal with alot of people who can be mean and for that im sorry I truly am but don't take it out on people who had nothing to do with that. They threw away my drink after I sent someone else to pick it up 10 to 15 mins from the time of ordering. Who was picking it up said my drink wasn't there so I went in myself when I had time which was 40 mins after ordering and I asked if my drink was ready, they said " I threw it away it was here for to long." How is 15 mins from ordering to long to leave it on a counter? She rolled her eyes when I said to please make it again. Why do these people act as if it comes out of their paycheck to remake a drink? Seriously it's a multi million company and they don't care and neither should the baristas.
This is one of the busiest Starbuck off Imperial hwy and Brea Blvd. Totally understand that they are busy but these guys are not friendly. Ordered a Iced Americano, but picked up a hot Americano. I ask a lady and I have pointed at the label with my name on it says "I've ordered a iced Americano not hot". she goes "so what" attitude. I have to run so I took hot Americano on 90 degrees outside. Well, Thank you and I will find out your name if I go down there again.
Pretty straightforward starbucks. The service is usually pretty good, and the lines are usually not too long, even during crunch times. Have always had my drinks made correctly and been able to zip in and out quickly. Wish it had a drive through.
