Red Robin is great, this location is not. We barely saw our server and it honestly took about 15 minutes for our order to be taken. In fact, we didn't even know who our server was as someone different came to the table for each request which was very impersonal. The bottomless fries basket we were given had about 12 fries in it. The bathroom was disgusting with toilet paper wads on the floor by one toilet and another overflowing. My burger was pink-ish/red and unsafe to eat. Thankfully it was replaced by the staff after request with no questions asked. The food was decent. I will not be returning to this location, it needs some serious evaluation.
So outraged!!My family and I went to The Red Robin in Brea.Ca .Had the most horrible experience ever!! Our server was the best that wasn't the issue.It is The Management my family and I were sat in the back center under the skylight that was accompanied with 5 Huge flies and wasps.When I told the Manager about the situation to please move our table .She refused.So applaud on how we were mistreated.We weren't offered a discount or apology.The table next to us gave up their table.
Their menu is much smaller than it was kind of disappointed in the selection. I ordered fries and received about 6 greasy cold fries in the basket it looked like left overs from cleaning off someone else's table then they messed up our order although they did fix it then everyone got there food except me until about ten minutes later
I don’t normally leave reviews but this was needed. We went to red Robin in Brea California our server let our food sit in the back too long after saying it wasn’t ready multiple time. It was then brought to us and it was no longer hot. I did make a complaint with the manager but we had been sitting there so long we were starving. Before we left I noticed in the restroom it was wet I slid I made a complaint nothing was done about it. Then a little while later my pregnant daughter went into the restroom and she fell on the same water that had gotten worse. I let them know they asked if she was OK but upon doing so the person I told rolled her eyes at me. I contacted customer support and it took them a few days to email me they asked what happened I let them know and since then I have been ignored. I have called couple time and have emailed multiple times. We had the worst experience and this company does not seem to care and not once did I ask for compensation for my daughter falling but the fact that this company showed that they genuinely do not care about their customers is ridiculous.
Great gourmet burger type place. A nice different thing they do is when you order a combo burger dish with fries, they'll bring you endless fries before your dish arrives, like an appetizer and I don’t believe there was any charge, very nice touch! It all hinges on if you ordered a burger combo with fries. Great tasting, decent sized burgers, not a tiny burger like you get at In and Out, ha ha...
I ordered the shroom burger and I felt I have had better types of the same burger at other sit down restaurants. It was good, but for a place known for burgers it was a little under par. The staff was great and very attentive to when we were in need of attention.
We never be disappointed having food there. Bonsai burger is the bomb. Their milk shake is so good but a bit too sweet for me.

Food is good. Service is friendly. It was very obvious that they are very short staffed and the service suffered greatly. Our food took an extremely long time and steak fries were cold. We were promised soda refills and didn't get them. We had to ask the waitress again.
