I usually love the food, drinks, and service, but finding a long hair in our salad was unbelievable!!! We got a new salad, but that was it. And the ladies restroom needs a deep cleaning and or a complete remodeling: dirty and broken ceiling tiles, loose, hanging pot lights, old and broken paper towel holders, cleaning equipment stored openly under the sink, and the floors always look dirty, and their smell comes into the reception area.
Seems like the last few times here they've tried to rush us out as fast as possible. We ordered an appetizer and our entrees and before we got the salad/soups or even the appetizer, our entrees came out. The appetizer was the last thing to come out. Their online waiting list doesnt work either. We put our name on it and they couldnt find it when we got there. There were a couple other parties that had the same experience.
Let me start by saying Alex was a super waiter! He was so genuine and patient. He laughed with us...I was with my sisters and neice.Alex made it very home like And he suggested the apple sangria and it was Bomb! Thank you Alex we will be back
My bf and I were served by Alex last night. He was really nice and laidback. Excellent service from him, he was very attentive and friendly the whole time. And the food was amazing, everything was delicious.
My friend and I went to Olive Garden Brea Mall today. I ordered Shrimp Scampi with some shrimp as an appetizer, while she chose chicken parmesan.The waiter was nice, however he forgot to bring us the appetizer but instead served us salad and soup.We received our food 25-30 minutes later, and after 3-5 spoons, I found HAIR (Female hair) in my food. I called the manager, and he came to find the hair, but he never apologized and it seemed like something normal for Mr Jack Win. he offered to replace the plate, but I said no, I don't need this gross frozen hairy food, and please remove it from the bill.Later, I researched other reviews and found that this isn't the first time they've done something like this; they're well-known for it.
My server was excellent, brought me refills on soup without even asking.. I had a invalid coupon and the manager gave me a discount. Food was as good as ALWAYS... Very satisfied

Love Olive Garden. But I was curious about one thing. Now that we are required to wear masks, the staff of OG wear masks, but strange thing the persons cleaning the tables wear a mask but NO GLOVES! if you are so concerned about the spreading of covid germs, then why not wear gloves when cleaning off the tables and touching the silverware, glasses, plates, napkins, table, etc from the customers after they have left? It doesn't make logical sense to be so concerned about a mask, when most germs are also on peoples hands. No one wears a mask while eating, yet we are required to wear one. Workers/Staff were all wearing masks, yet the ones cleaning the tables only a mask and no protective gloves on their hands touching everything from the customers once they have left. I asked this question when I watched this happen at the table next to us on our last visit. Shouldn't your workers take extra precautions by wearing gloves to clean the tables?
Food was not bad. A bit pricy.We also bought their frozen Bolognese pasta. We didn't expect anything great but what we got it was not that good at all. Frozen pasta we bought from supermarket tastes better
Food are okay. It's Olive Garden. Service here is really good and staffs are friendly.
