This is my new local spot for great coffee! Lived to visit when it was a Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf and the Oak and Willow I'd just as good. They also brew and sell Lavazza brand coffee which is excellent when brewed proper. The wife and I enjoy heading here after dropping the kiddos off at school for a muffin and a nice cuppa. Good selection of pastries and other breakfast goodies too.Have also purchased the beans and had them ground for when I want to do the pour over or French press thing at home and I haven't had a bad cup of this coffee yet. The folks here are always pleasant and are happy to offer recommendations for 1st time comers. I'm torn telling you to go here because I don't want it to get crowded but it's too good to not share honestly.
Normally good coffee but two times they totally forgot to put the coffee in my latte…..so very expensive for sweetened milk.
Sadly, I did not have a positive or friendly experience at this coffee shop. The baristas that were there when I was weren’t friendly towards me at all. Not one team member greeted me as I walked through the door nor said farewell when I left…but they did for other patrons so that was a bit confusing. When I kindly informed one barista about the lack of paper towels in the bathroom and his response was “Okay…” He did not say thank you, and he barely looked me in the eye when he responded. I remember being a bit taken aback by that reply as well. Anyway, if you’re taking the time to read this then I sincerely hope you have a better experience than I did. I’m going to stick to my favorite downtown coffeeshops Dripp and Made! They are always so sweet and friendly :)
The cold brew is always tasty, pastries are fantastic and the staff is always super friendly. definitely one of my favorite spots in the area. Also one of the few places i can still find sugar-free hazelnut.
Nice interior and good drinks. I like the ability to customize and the drinks overall are good.

We frequent Oak and Willow. I’m inspired to leave a review today based on the pumpkin spice latte. I was impressed that it tasted like real spices and flavors. Very good.
Their homemade pumpkin spice latte hits different... and so right! Highly recommend giving Oak and Willow's a try if you like the ones from that green mermaid store. Really appreciate their wifi and friendly staff as well.
Coffee is exceptional!! Prices are great and the staff is friendly and helpful. No moody baristas or overpriced drinks. Such a beautiful place!
The blonde female who took our order charged us for an extra coffee and didn't know how to give us a refund for it. The other two workers were too busy to give us a refund so we just left. Okay coffee. Bad service.
