This location is closer to me, but I usually love going to the one that’s a little further. Well I just decided today to go to this one. One of the worst experiences I had. I ordered a Banana Berry bowl and there was no one else in there but me. However, it took over 10 minutes to make my bowl. When they were done I was handed a bright pink bowl. I asked them if they made it correctly and they laughed and told me they forgot to add açai. Didn’t once apologize but just laughed and went to make it. I Waited another 10 minutes and was handed a very messy bowl. It seems they do not care how they present themselves or the customers wants. I don’t like blueberry so I always get no blueberry extra banana and they couldn’t give that to me either.
I order the same order each time and schedule it for pickup so I can enjoy it on my 20minute lunch break. Not only did they mess up my order, they messed it up more when I went back in to FIX it. It cut a huge chunk of my lunch out. Not to mention when I went to pick it up originally, I told them I had an online order to pick up and they went to go clean dishes before helping me. Horrible workers today. 1/5/22. The other girls are nice. These ones and the lady in charge were unhelpful and gave me no compensation for messing up my order twice and my lunch break.
Submit the order at 9:48 for 2 drinks , now it’s 10:25 still hasn’t got my drinks as I’m writing down the review. Seem like they did not make the drink until I ask how much longer is gonna take for my order after almost 50 min wait at the store .

Their açaí bowl is good.

Forgot my mask and didn’t have one in my car and they require them but can’t even provide one.
go to jamba, the people at jamba juice are friendlier. At least, i know that i wont have the left over food that the merchants had on their hands be flicked at me at jamba juice. plus the cashiers act like they don't want to help you.
Tastes the same as other locations but don't fill the cups all the way
I come here 3 times a week or more for the acai bowls.
