Had one of the best food experiences here!The staff is so friendly and they are attentive to families with kids. I praise the manager and the staff for the awesome experience they provided us and to my son!It actually made me tear when he fed me for the first time @ this Mendocino Farms! ?
Wow what a great experience at Mendocino farms:)I usually go to the location in Tustin, but chose this location today. Mo and his team are excellent so friendly, efficient, and keep the location super clean.I was feeling indecisive on what to order and Mo took the time to ask what I normally order and what I like to eat. He was super kind, helpful, and patient. Great to see people who truly care about their customers.I highly recommend this location as everything from salads to sandwiches comes out perfect ?
Skip this place if you’re thinking about a nice, peaceful dinner with your partner or friend. We came around 7pm and sat outside with our dog and glasses of wine, hoping to relax as the sun set. Didn’t happen. There was a large family with several young kids out of control. They were running up and down the bench seats, literally screaming and yelling constantly. No parent stopped them. I could barely hear my husband speak. It’s not the restaurant’s fault, but it completely ruined our dinner and we just wanted to leave asap. We won’t be back.
If you want to get a taste of Beverly Hills in Brea, come here! The food is loosely health-oriented, eclectically presented and the establishment is a pleasant place to sit and enjoy. You get the impression that the patrons are disconnected with reality; inflation clearly isn’t a problem for people who can pay $20 for a sandwich with a drink and gossip for hours in the middle of the day on a Tuesday.

First time visiting. WOW! If you're in the mood for healthy choices, this is definitely the place. I ordered the steak & shishuto bowl, so delicious and very filling. Dine in is available and it gets packed. This location is very nice. Located in the whole foods shopping center. Decent prices and everything is fresh. It's definitely a restaurant to check off on the bucket list.

Hats off to Moe and Tafee for managing this restaurant like two seasoned pros!!!?--------------------------------------------------The future of what I see restaurants being forced to move towards! This place gets it! Quality food with high nutritional value and fresh fresh fresh! Might seem alien to you fast food trolls first time you visit, but try the hand crafted soda's first, then you'll get hooked! At that point, you'll taste what real food is supposed to taste like.
Cannot provide a zero rating, hence providing a 1 star rating.We placed an order online yesterday around 2:15PM with an estimated pickup time of 3:00PM. We arrived at 3:05PM and was told to wait for 15 more minutes since there was some delay - perfectly fine. Having repeated this couple more times, we finally cancelled the order at 4:00PM. The staff is courteous but they provide wrong information. I could see several other customers waiting in line for their turn. Also, I noted that the staff is filling orders after order partially, instead of completing the order. At certain stage, you would assume that they would stop taking further orders and complete the incomplete ones - but no - they kept on piling more customers. Since the customers waiting were getting frustrated, they started cancelling their orders. Now you have 3/4 complete orders cancelled and piling up and new incomplete orders being processed. There was no adult supervisor to manage the situation. There was no staff shortage, in fact, all of them seem to be hovering around the kitchen asking for order status, making the situation even worse. If you clearly explain the problem we can understand and make alternate arrangements. Instead, you don't value our time and make us wait for such long time. Even today, hours after this incident, my credit card charges are still not reversed. At this point I wouldn't be surprised to find that even the refund is not processed.Please step back for a bit, take a look at what happened and how you can avoid these situations.
This place has great food. But the wait time for anything is out of control. We’ve called in orders, ordered on site, and ordered through DoorDash. Almost always it will take at least twice the quoted wait time. I understand it’s popular, but let’s be real they’re sandwiches and salads. An hour and a half to make one sandwich and one salad is ridiculous. Go over to the other side of the center and get a sandwich from urban plates.
I thought I was getting a good sandwich and salad. My sandwich was $12 somthing and my salad was a whopping $15. Both are so small and pitiful, I feel cheated. Eveything was so cold I had to wait until it became room temperature to taste it.
