We ordered the Beef Ribs and pulled pork, Trout, and Glazed Salmon. The glazed salmon didn't have much of a glaze on it, and it was kind of dry. The trout was okay. The beef ribs were good, but could have been more tender. I think Wood Ranch or Claim Jumper's were both better. The pulled pork and the onion strings were the highlight. So, kind of a mixed bag... I'd still come back, but probably try something different.

You can never go wrong with Lucille's barbecue so many combinations that you can have everything in the menu is delicious.

HELLO I WENT to LUCILLES, the first time yesterday in TEMPE ARIZONA. I ordered carryout and was really disgusted regarding the poor quality of the food order. I ordered 5 big ribs, that they say are tender and meaty. I don't think so. The ones i received were very tough, with the membrane left on the ribs. They were neither meaty, nor tender, but the exact opposite. I also ORDERED A LARGE NACHOS with brisket. THAT was also awful. They say the brisket is piled on heavy. IN reality i found very very little brisket on the entire nachos. VERY LITTLE cheese. EVERY nacho WAS SUPER SOGGY. THIS was one of the worst experiences that i ever had with BARBQ. CMON LUCILLES, YOU GUYS GOTTA DO A WHOLE LOT BETTER THAN THIS

All the ribs and chicken were prepared perfectly, but both the tri tip and the brisket were VERY well done, and missing the characteristic red tint I've come to love. The tri tip was still tasty enough, but the brisket was beyond dry, and I ended up eating a single piece before throwing the rest away at home. That's 2 of the 3 items on my combo plate that were either disappointing or nearly inedible.I do expect better for the price we paid, and I probably won't be coming back here when there are so many other BBQ joints to try in the area.

I've been here many times over the last 18years during work teips. Was happy to come back but the food and service was a bit off. My teammate sent her food back and I felt the rib tips and ribs were too dry. The Hot and Spicy sauce was still good though!

The gumbo was very good. I also took home a brownie with vanilla ice cream. Both portions were generous. The service was excellent as well.

Food was good, but the customer service sucked. Waited 20 minutes for the check, waiter passed us several times and saw that we were done. Also it seemed like all the Asians and Latinos were put in the back room. Kind of a racist move.

Happy ? hour prices where great ? Barbecue brisket was delicious and tri-tip melted in your mouth. Great service from the bartender.

Food was great but the service was terrible. It was my birthday celebration and after more than 20 minutes I had to go up to the bar and get my tables drinks ( I have been in the industry for more than 8 years and will say this was just uncaring service) As a server I always tip even on horrid service but this time I wish I was paying because she deserved less than what they generously gave her. You're better off at the Anaheim location or go to Famous Daves instead

Was told by the waitress Blanca that the baby back ribs meat falls off the bones? Well, the one that I was served was overcooked and dry. Didn't fall off the bone at all :(Besides that not to go in great detail but overall service falls under "this is just a job attitude that pays the bill". Inspite of that, we still tipped her $10 on $93 bill.
