FANTASTIC!! Kind staff, good food.We waited a little long for our food (reasonable explanation) and they compensated fairly. Rare these days for sure.
J Sushi Brea is a small restaurant in a small strip mall on Imperial Hwy in Brea California. It has a modest exterior and interior. Don't let that fool you. The sushi is great. We had two rolls and three different types of sushi. Everything was fresh and delicious. The service was friendly and prompt. The price is comparable to other sushi restaurants. We do not like sauces, so we asked that all sauces come on the side. The waiter made sure that was how we received our order. We reached the restaurant before 5pm and were seated promptly. By the time we finished our meal, every table was full. We were glad to see that others knew that this restaurant is a great place to go.
We were seated and was given a menu. My husband likes Sushi, and they said there where other offers for people who don't like Sushi.The other offer was French fries. Not exactly a meal. I am not planning to go there again.

I am not a sushi eater for health reasons. The sushi coming out looked very yummy.. But did go in for some gyoza and beef noodles.. The gyoza was outstanding the beef noodles eh...barely any beef and bland. Wait staff attentive.
Best Japanese restaurant that I’ve found! The miso soup was delicious and I ordered beef teriyaki bowl, it came all hooked up bursting with flavor! I’ll be back!
Hidden jem for sure! Brian is amazing. He knows all of his customers by name. The food is fantastic. Always fresh, always delicious. Love it!!
Very tiny bite size portions. Terrible. They're trying to save costs as much as possible. Not worth the price at all. Not ordering here again.
