This is not the International House of Pancakes I grew up with. The place felt cramped and cheap. The pancakes were not that good, and there wasn't much variety. They only bring you maple-flavored syrup, and it's not 100% real (it's corn syrup). They don't cook the bacon all the way. It's rubbery unless you ask them to cook it "well done." The breakfast sausage is terrible. The busser tried to take my plate from under me when I wasn't finished with it. The waitress didn't pay attention to our drinks (I had to flag one down to get a refill). Denny's is a 4-star restaurant compared to this place (and cheaper too)! I've had a better dining experiences at a Waffle House. IHOP locations are closing all over, and now I know why. Avoid this IHOP, and go to Denny's or any other local cafe. You'll be a lot happier.
Generations of family love this establishment, and the food is what you expect. Kids eat free in the evening, old people are everywhere.Come for breakfast, try all the syrups, don't wear a clown face and ask for a rooty tooty.
This place is a joke and I wish I could give them 0 stars. We sat there for 1 hour sipping on coffee waiting for a server to take our order, to the point that we had to walk out. It’s understandable if it takes time for the food to leave the kitchen, but to not even get a server to take an order for over an hour is incompetence at a level I have not seen in a long long time.
Not at all what it used to be.... went here for brunch and i can honestly say i miss the old dennys and ihop. The food quality is sub-par, the prices are terrible, the staff was friendly but slow. I don't get where a breakfast burrito costs $16. French toast meals are now $16. Waitress that was supposed to take care of us didn't come around until the food was delivered(i get it, things happen). Never saw her after that until she walked by to get her tip at the front desk. All around not a spot I'll be coming to again.
We dined in. The waitress was friendly enough but couldn't remember who ordered what when she brought us our food. Four of us. But we enjoy IHOP and will continue to go.
Order for take out, omelet almost 20 dollars, bottom of 1 of 3 pancakes burned and seemed like forever before we got our order. Wife was not Happy about it. Omelet on a 1 to 5 scale gets a 2 1/2, pancakes get a Big ZERO.
Food is great and the service is awesome and nice place
Enjoyed breakfast, good food and service.
Good food, Good Service, prices are to high, not a good value. The staff should be trained to on how to give telephonic directions, to help customers locate the restaurant ....
Customer service in this location is superb. I will recommend this place.
