Our pies came out raw sat. 10pm 3/18/22Not cooked all the way. If you look at the picture it looks like cheese but it's raw dough halfway through. We had such a long day. Super disappointed. I normally do not leave these types of reviews but just soooo disappointed..
None of those places are too quality pizza, but the Brea store does at much as they can to help
Showed up at time of pick up, and used the "I'm Here" button. Waited 30 minutes. Tracker still said 'prep' stage. Went in, they couldn't fond my order by name. Had to look up my order number. They didnt start making it yet. I was told ~25 more minutes. This will make it 1:30 hours after i placed an order. Nearly an hour after the pickup window
Very bad experience. My pizza was in the box for more than 20 mins and when I received it it was cold and hard. Totally waste of time and money.
Yesterday evening, we ordered online for store pick up. My wife picked up our order and then got home to discover it wasn't our pizza not even our order number. My wife goes back to the store hands them the pizza that was just in our car then inside our house. They hand the pizza to another customer and give us our order. The fact that they didn't toss out a pizza that was in our possession is nuts. How do they know we didn't touch it or worse. If I was that other customer I wouldn't accept a pizza that wasn't directly from the store. By the time we did get our correct pizza we had to reheat it as it was cold.
Alexandra has delivered twice and both times she was awesome (I always tip 15%)
My order took double the amount of time it said it would and the staff was rude about the situation
Staff always pleasant quick & taste of pizza consistently good. no one can beat their service or pricing. A definite yes place to order in Brea
The meet lovers pizza is a good one to get.
