What’s with the sign? We almost didn’t come in. We watched 2 groups walk up, read the sign and then leave. Yet no one inside had masks, the employees sure didn’t.Just some advice to maybe clarify your messaging. And take down all the clutter in your windows.The ice cream was decent. Tasted a bit chemically and not natural.Counter top is disgusting. The place where they mix it is peeling, dirty, grimy and looks gross as you stand there and watch your food next to it.
They raised they're prices on everything. It's $10 for a spoonful of ice cream lol.The pints went up to $13.50 and don't even have accurate labeling...I bought a chocolate ice cream pint and it contained peanut butter chunks and brownie bites. Luckily I don't have a nut allergy but for someone who may be allergic and just wants chocolate this could cause unnecessary chaos, not just financially but physically...Misleading and way overpriced for the same quality elsewhere, especially better store brands.
Such a cute place and the ice cream is so fresh and tasty!! This place has become a usual after date night!!
02/26/22 This is for creamistry in imperial highway Brea. Ordered Thai tea, but they gave me milk tea and the lady just said “thats what is on the receipt” seriously???? No apology and didn’t even offer to make me a new one. They just lost a customer!!!
This store is always CLEAN! The employees are sweet and friendly! Super quick service & they work hard! Every time I come it’s a nice experience. Love that I can always count on a clean fun store!

I feel like the quality of Creamistry is degrading, especially after Covid and especially this location. The matcha flavor tastes more or less like vanilla which is disappointing for the premium price that I'm paying.
Very disappointed in my recent visit here. I have been to Creamistry before so I know what to expect. Everything was wrong this time. The ice cream came out half melted which is odd considering how cold Liquid Nitrogen (LN2) is. I was asked if I wanted whipped cream on mine and I said yes and it was on the receipt but it was served to me without it. I also had to ask for the sprinkles which come on The Unicorn, and I was given the wrong ones. The kid who made it seemed more interested in playing around with the LN2 and freezing his gloves then he did making it. I hope they can find some better people to work here so I can come back again.
Went in at 8:45 on A Friday. With 5 people ahead of us. It took 45 minutes for them to make 5 ice creams and then one of the items I ordered. And then another 15 minutes for the next item. So we were not even able to eat together. Owner/manager kept taking orders and tallying receipts while no one was ordering...employees looked confused and disorganized. The owner/manager did pass out coupons to other customers, however only select customers she approves of apparently. Horrible service. Won't be back
Staff is very very nice and friendly. Efficient team.But nothing on their menu tastes good and everything is overpriced.
