Ridiculous service. Always check your order to make sure you got everything you paid for! And... WHEN they forget items, they'll tell you come back to pick it up or pick it up another time. So basically, you can pre pay for meals for yourself. Just ridiculous and disappointing. McDonald's has offered better service than this place.
The customer service at this location needs improvement. I went thru the drive thru last night. When I paid with cash, I asked them to scan my points. I was told they do not scan here. I was told when I get to the window, they will scan for me. I get to the window and I was told they do not scan there as well. Where is the customer service. You say to earn points but no one there will scan your points on your App. Plus no one will give me the instructions or show me how to do this on the App. This is totally unacceptable. The food was fine but the customer experience was awful
It was one of these day when your mom and mom's friend wanted to eat burger. And there is always something remarkable about C-F-A, good burger with this beautiful flower old ladies enjoyed.Thank you for your beautiful heart to serve customers. And it shows!
I ordered the minis, a biscuit and orange juice for breakfast. I drove away and got on the freeway and thats when I noticed I either got more or less than what I ordered. I ended up with two chicken biscuits and tater tots. I couldn't head back. The tater tots were super greasy and the chicken biscuit was somewhat dry. Lucky I got some sauce that made it a little easier to eat.
We pre-ordered but it took an extra 20 minutes for them to cook our food when we arrived. It was so sad. They were so busy that day But the food was delicious though.
They are so great here! My husband went to pick up an order for our family this Saturday! When he got back home we realized they forgot to include the 12 piece nugget we ordered in our bag. I called in and they were very sorry and offered to bring it out to us! We were going to go back so it was very helpful of them to deliver it instead! They also put a brownie and a coupon in the bag as a kind gesture! It's so awesome to see such beautiful customer service! What a blessing!
So hungry after flying in from Dallas without eating & at 3pm ordered a Chick-fil-A sandwich meal with waffle fries & a lemonade that was delicious! The guy who took my order curbside in the drive thru was helpful & very patient while I decided between a wrap meal or the sandwich meal. The girl at the pickup window was cheerful and appreciated my exact change when paying cash. This was such an overall pleasant experience & it really hit the spot.. Thank you to all the team members ?✈??
This location is busy as always. Staff is good as well as friendly. Chick-fil-A food is always delicious.
Best quality chicken in the whole city. Add some chik-flia sauce and you can't put them down
