Walked in and it was empty except for a few other customers in the bar area. Waited for about 20 minutes and nobody came up to greet us. Out of frustration we decided to leave and find another place with better customer service. This is the third time with really bad customer service in this place. There are three waitresses that would much rather drink alcohol on the low as if we couldn’t tell the bartender was handing it to them. This place really needs to invest in better QUALITY waitresses and bartenders!
I honestly never write reviews, unless it’s amazing or really, really bad. I had ordered store pickup, buying $50 worth of food. First upon arriving there were zero people attending the front. I had to go on a mission to find an employee, whom I found, hiding near the bar all the way in the back, Lmfao. I bought two types of 10 pc boneless wings, the fried pickles, a side of free nachos, and street tacos. The wings had NO sauce, except DRY rub. (And were disgusting) The nachos were soggy and made in a hurry just like the street tacos. On top of all of this, the service, energy and cleanliness of the store location was horrendous. Recommended to no one, DO NOT COME HERE TRUST ??
Good flavor and it wasn't crowded. Wings came out slightly warm and it was hard to differentiate between the different flavors. Our server didn't know which was which either, but the unlimited free carrots and celery made up for it.
If there was a zero option I would have chosen that. Valentine's Day, we were so excited to try out this restaurant. Walked in it was empty except for a few customers in the back bar area. After looking at us with the dumbfounded expression, she proceeded to go over and hang out with the three girls next to the bar. They then told us that the only waitress was on her break and we would have to wait a half an hour to be seated and or served. Out of frustration we decided to leave and find another place with better customer service. If you insist on eating at Buffalo Wild Wings, try a different location, because this one sucked.
Went on a Sunday evening after 7pm. Orders the traditional 20, variety of sauces, they gave us 45+! Not your high dining situation but for a quick drink and bite, would highly recommend this buffalo!
Worst experience ever went late night preferred over the phone idk if they got mad I came in last minute or they were trying to get rid of there left over batch or idk but in the 20 years eating out going to different restaurants stay away from this playce my wife and I got food poisoning stay away!!!! . I rather eat( wings stop )fresher . I called to let them know my wife and I started with stomach ache ,nausea and we both threw up the food . I felt the food in my back of throat all day . I called to speak to manager and was confronted as if I was lying then I was accused of having Covid . Instead of taking care of me and my wife. Now where here writing from the hospital!!! Lastly I called not to long ago and some one Pretending to be the manager was in a joking voice mimicing me. I will send out the video to corporate to do some investigation and the food and health dept will be contacted 100%
Love going here... I've skat had great service each time I've been there. The staff is always friendly..
I am not a fan of writing negative reviews, in fact I usually go out of my way to find some positive in any review. However this review is not that. I was disappointed, disgusted, shocked, and overall upset. Today my sister ordered take out from this location and when she got home she was taken back. What she had ordered was the wedge salad and what she got looked like someone literally thrown her food into a box. Now as someone who works in the food industry I completely understand that food isn't going to look exactly as advertised but just look at the pictures I have provided and you'll understand. Not only that but the lettuce was visibly unwashed and it tasted that way too. Not only that's but the buffalo sauce on the salad was missing as well. My sister was surprised because the restaurant wasn't busy at all when she went to get her food. Another factor was that the interactions with the staff were awkward as one employee didn't let them leave until she made sure the orders were right but she never even checked the food. The rest of her party also had a poor experience as all their food was cold and looked rushed. Overall not a great experience for her and it's just disappointing :((
I love Buffalo Wild Wings, but the one in Brea is completely nasty! When I walked in the "Hostess" was on the phone, he didn't even look in my direction. My son and I waited there for about 10 minutes so we can be seated, mind you there wasn't a sign informing us to seat ourselves. So I phone called the location, he got up and was able to help us. I asked him if we can sit anywhere. He said yes, any spot is opened. So we sat, waited another 10 minutes no one came to take our order, some girl saw me looking around. She said, that part of the restaurant is closed. Again, there was NOT a sign stating to not sit here. So we got up and moved. Every table had left over food, they were able to get the trash, but didn't clean the tables. My son and I just left. I love Buffalo Wild Wings, but Brea's is BEYOND gross!
This spot is always on point and great service. The wings are heaven sent.
