Everything was great. From the expresso martini, To the calamari, and all the food we had. The sever was wonderful and make great drinks.

I always enjoy Alza as the people are so friendly, no rush, always accomodating. The food is very good, great value for the money. Salads are fresh and lovely, especially for the price.
I have been here now two times. Both times I have had great service. During both visits the food is always fresh, hot, and delicious.

This is a very unfortunate situation because I brought my family here last night very excited and happy to try this place out in Brea. We are from Yorba Linda and we chose to come to Alza based on google and Yelp reviews. So this review was definitely not what we thought was going to be our experience but unfortunately when we arrived the restaurant was extremely warm and with how hot it has been out here it shouldn't have been warmer inside than it was outside. We ordered the fried zucchini which came in a cone shaped serving dish and the zucchini was completely soggy the crust was falling off of it when we picked it up to eat. After that we hoped for better on the entrees my son got the fettuccine Alfredo which was completely drenched in their sauce my son could not eat it he asked if he could stop and I said yes after I tried it and he told me mom I can't even taste the noodles it's all cheese. Than came my dish which was the Shrimp and Scallops pasta extremely small mini scallops that you can tell where frozen scallops, I finished my meal and within 15 minutes of my meal I had to get up and go to the restroom because I was profusely throwing up my husband sent our son the the restroom to watch the door because the door does not lock! I threw up so much food because nothing had digested yet I was than taken home where the rest of the night I threw up a few more times and today I am still sick. I most definitely got food poisoning from Alza Osteria and this is so unfortunate because we had movie tickets after dinner for our son and I had to be taken home because I was sick. I would be very careful coming here and ordering their seafood!

Love my Chicken Piccata. It is best- it is filling and you get a lot of chicken and noodles. I eat some at Alza and take some home for lunch the next day. I would recommend this dish in no time flat!
Food is great as always. Seafood pizza is so good! Our server Kyle always provides great customer service!
