It is 2022 and everything is cash here- seems super shady! Overpriced but got 2 stars for the cocktails and pool! Charged a cover at the door and the bouncers were a-holes (told us the other bar had stabbings and shootings to keep us there). Service was slow, probably took us at least 15 minutes standing at the bar that was not that crowded, except the female bartender with the dread bun was friendly, knowledgeable, and made great drinks. This bar makes money because of the limited selection of nightlife in the area. Also there was a "ghost DJ" (meaning no DJ just a random playlist playing but a whole set up of equipment just sitting there). For all the money that is made you would think some real entertainment would be worth it!
Such a great little dive bar with a cozy pet friendly patio. Cocktails and customer service has always been an incredible experience everytime we visit. I regularly visit here anytime we drive up the mountain . They have plenty of seating space , live entertainment, pool tables and a few arcade games. Pool tables are well kept and I love that they have pool sticks for those of us that are short in stature. Although I have tried the food here its not my personal favorite, but it's decent bar food if you need something to help absorb all your cocktails. The bars floor plan is very open with lots of space and ada/wheelchair accessible which is a major bonus for myself. I do recommend visiting if your in town.
Dined here for lunch. Great wings, good service. Location is convenient in the village. We sat outside.
Walked by this place and saw a sign there was a large outdoor deck. We decided to check it out. Great atmosphere. We’re from Chicago so two beers for $10 is pretty on point for us. The sunny deck overlooking the trees was awesome. We went back two more times in our short weekend trip. Once there was a motorcycle meet up and that was super fun to be around. Then again for a couple hours of drinks and bags! The music they play was great, I probably said that 100 times. Every song changed up the vibe, great mix of classic rock, 90s, pop. Plus they had live music. All around great time here and we look forward to coming back again!
Bar is way over priced and garbage. Pool tables aren’t kept up. No chalk for the ques. 3 drinks ran almost 40 bucks. On top of that the locals were all vaping inside. It’s trash. Save time and just head to Murray’s around the corner.

Completely overpriced compared to all other local bars. As a result, we had more fun with better/bigger crowds elsewhere. Not to mention $18 cheeseburger you have to serve yourself and you have to bus your own table once your done. This place is not worthy of your vacation.***I don’t think the most expensive bar in big bear should treat their customers with the signage I took photo of.
I had high hopes but this place sucks. Cover charge, cash only, overpriced, bartender takes too long, and worst fries I've ever had. Also full of drunk, super young idiots.
The bartender is unprofessional doesn’t know his drinks, the prices are too high, very unfriendly place. I will never come back!!
Highly unprofessional and very rude BarTender and stuff… Still not understand why my friends got kicked out from the bar?? just because they ask why their bill was so high? Was so expansive for one glass of vine and one glass of beer?Be careful visiting this bar, they will take your money and then they will kick you outside!!
