We had coffee and an Orange Pumpkin bread and everything was delicious. It also has gifts for sale.

Coffee was the worst I've ever had. I ordered an iced coffee and it looked like a light tea. My wife ordered a flat white and it had a flavor reminiscent of beef stew. That sounds like a joke. I wish it was... We threw both of them away.Customer service was very friendly though.

Super disappointing experience there today. There was a sign on the front counter for "vegetable poblano soup (vegan) with toasted croissant" and when I asked if that was their only vegan soup, they said it wasn't vegan. I pointed out that it says vegan right on the sign and they told me it has chicken. I asked if they had vegan sandwiches and they said no (they were sold out of most things). I asked about the chickpea salad and they said they didn't have that either. I asked what vegan options they had and they said a cupcake or a scone, so I didn't end up buying anything.I don't mind that they were busy and sold out of most things, but it bothered me that their sign said the soup was vegan when it was not even vegetarian, and even after I pointed that out, they just left the sign and never apologized. I'm very glad that I didn't just order the soup assuming it was correctly labeled.

I always visit this place in Bigbear. This weekend was not as usual. Almost 40 minutes of wait for a hot tea and a latte. and the coconut milk of the latte was spoiled and sour.

Great spot but could really use a few more staff. It shouldn't take 40 minutes minutes to get a coffee and bagel. I saw lots of people come in, stand in line for 5 mins, and then leave after noticing it wasn't moving. Lots of lost business for such a prime location. Cashier was very inexperienced as well, had to repeat my order 4 times. My iced latte was pretty much just milk, and the bagel tasted like something out of a vending machine, not sure what kind of cheap flour they are using. I was excited to try this spot on my way out of town but was a disappointment on all aspects.

Tasty coffee drinks and delicious breakfast foods. What more can you ask for in the morning? We had the quiche and bagel to eat. Definitely tasted the freshness of the bagel and the quiche was quite tasty. We had the fall coffee drinks which both hot the spot. Definitely get the pumpkin whipped cream while you can!

Always really nice.I had a vanilla latte and a piece of orange spice pumpkin bread (great service, latte & pumpkin bread) and the nicest conversation with a couple that had been married 66 years and had honeymooned in Big Bear so many years ago.A highly recommended spot to enjoy good flavors and make great memories.

Boring customer service at the front desk. Pretty monotone and unenthusiastic. However, the woman handing us our desserts and drinks was very nice and respectful. Mixed Berry pie is excellent and the crust is super fluffy, crispy and buttery. Carrot cake is very dense but very tasty. Good sized portions. Orange juice squeezed on the spot and is hard to beat. Chai tea was less sweet than normal, and not as much Chai concentrate either. Overall, pretty neat and clean place. Front cashier was the only thing holding me back from 5 stars.

The service was good. Ordered ‘The Vanessa’ drink but they ran out of passionfruit syrup so I substituted with raspberry which was yummy. Also got the tiramisu which wasn’t the greatest unless you like it to be soaked in espresso; the lady fingers in the tiramisu tasted soggy as well. There wasn’t much balance to it. Overall, the drinks seems to be a hit here

overhyped, overpriced and a very mediocre food. I ordered the croissant sandwich and my dad had the burrito, the croissant was old and stale, 9 dollars and 45 min wait on food items, staff are not helpful and act/ are confused about simple things asked like asking for condiments, the coffee is ok at best, mostly feel like a tourist trap than a genuine coffee place. it was not enjoyable experience that cost more than 50 dollar for 4 people.
