Fast friendly service.Got the order right.Food was good.Drink wasn't flat (I've had lots of flat sodas from taco bells before) luckily everything was good.Had to go here after the El Pollo Loco was closed early for some reason even though there was like 8 employees I'm there still...Oh well...
We ordered two combos of taco and beef burritos and requested ketchup. We got 5 tacos and a bean burrito and no fries and 15 packs of hot sauce and no ketchup. The immature laughing and crap attitude of server makes me wonder if it wasn’t intentional. Bean and cheese burrito cheese was hard and not even melted. Garbage food and service with immature staff. Safe your time and money.
Its an old restaurant that has been around for years. You know what your going to get when you go there.
I like the simple fact that they are open late. Great job people at taco bell.
I wasn’t going to post this as I wanted to give the taco bell employees the benefit of doubt. However after becoming aware that I’m not the only one this has happened to I think I need to at least post it…When giving the drive-thru employee cash to pay for my meal, he handed me my change folded up and in low denominations and missing $10. I went inside to have it corrected, multiple team members over heard the conversation and not a single one questioned me or the employee working the drive thru… A random employee went and grabbed $10 to give to me with absolutely no questions asked.This makes me speculate that the entire team is in on a scheme to over charge customers (mostly tourists) and split the pot in the evening.They won’t get my daily $15 lunch money anymore.
This place runs a scam where they charge you for an extra small drink, which doesn't sound like a big anything but during tourist season at 2:19 a piece these individuals are pocketing over $10,000 a day while you and I have to go to our 9 to 5:00 and make a respectable living. I believe this scam goes all the way up to management. BBB has been notified but buyer beware.
I mean the geez it's Taco Bell!! They still ask you how many pumps of cream you want in your coffee before they hand it to you instead of giving you creamers like every other restaurant in the United States of America... Ring Ring My Bell ?
My favorite Taco bell.Always get the order correct. Always tastes how you expect it to. Nice staff and clean facility.
The lady that works there at the window that looks like a tweak. She is so disrespectful with no shame. Who hires people like that?
Online it shows that they close at 12am and we went at 11:40 pm and these guys didn’t answer. Pulled up to the window and the guy just shakes his hand no like excuse me? Love the customer service ?? I work in a food industry myself as a supervisor and for them to just dismiss us like that was ridiculous.
