Called them to place a togo order. I was told that they don't take togo orders over the phone because people have placed orders and never pick up. I need to go to the restaurant to place they togo order. So I go down to the restaurant to place a togo order. The bartender said she will need to go inside to ask the waitress if they will take togo orders. I said ok, she goes inside, 2 minutes later return to the bar without saying a word. Assumption was the waitress was going to come out. After 15 minutes, I left. I don't see why the bartender cant take the togo order and I can pay it that time. Mind you, there was no customer at them bar.
Very good breakfast burrito. The servers were really helpful in explaining nearby attractions, as well.
Cozy place in Big bear. Part of hotel server was very friendly, food menu limited for breakfast kinda expensive for what yiu get but overall satisfied
I love this Holiday ? everything and everywhere was very clean. All staff were friendly and knowledgeable. There was play room for kids. And my kids known what they would do. I am very happy with Holiday Inn. There was live music.I definitely come again.Thank you for your service.
I would appreciate little more of customer service attitude… people on front desk could have been more helpful. It was ok. We dont want to go there again. Maybe will try cabin rental next time. It took time to make them clean our room. Skip for next time
This hotel has a good location - you can walk to the "village" where all the restaurants and bars are. Asides from that, it's a very typical suburbs hotel that for some reason is branded as a resort. When we arrived, it looked great. Parked in the large parking lot. We asked if it will be possible to check in early (it was 1 PM) and they offered us a room on the first floor (120). We have Platinum status with IHG, but unclear if that played a role. The rooms are extremely non-sound proof. I could hear people walking in the hallway, people talking outside, people coming in and out all the time. This prevented me from sleeping. The stuff inside the rooms is also quite a bit dated, including the AC that is extremely loud. TV is small ( didn't turn it on) - something like from the early 2010s. Bathroom has a toilet and a prefabricated shower/bathtub combo separated from the sink by a sliding door. Everything in the room also felt and looked old. Not really a "resort" look. Bed was pretty comfortable though. Because this is branded as a "Holiday Inn" and not a "Holiday Inn Express", there is no breakfast included in standard rate. We used IHG points for our reservation, which meant that we did not have to pay the resort fee (it is a % off the rate, and technically because we used points, out rate was $0). Overall, this is a clean, decent place to sleep in a good location. Staff tried to be accommodating with our early check in. Would likely stay again. Unclear why IHG made the choice to brand this as a resort. That it is not.
Had a great time for a quick weekend get away with my boyfriend for his birthday. The night staff was great and we ended up staying an extra night! Our room was clean and a great price! Close to everything we didn’t have to drive anywhere for food options & multiple coffee places to walk to!
Had a great stay here. Was worried because of mixed reviews online, but couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Room was very large, clean, quiet and comfortable (stayed in an Executive Suite). Great location within a short walk to the Village. Staff was very nice and helpful.
A motel with horrible customer service anc paper thin walls. Lying here on night 2 of no sleeping. I’ve contacted the front desk multiple times on my stay - complaining of the unacceptable noise level from the exit door slamming (people running in and out) and the jumping around on the floor above me and the staff here is not only not helpful, they’re rude and dismissive. Contacted IHG and they just referred me back to the same folks who weren’t helpful. Now there is a loud party upstairs and we can hear everything they’re saying. Looking around on reviews it seems that multiple people have complained that rooms 146, 147 and 148 next to the exit door shouldn’t be used (I’m in 146). If they do need to use these rooms, why are they not bring up front about the issues that these rooms have and offer a discount? For $300, this is simply inexcusable.
Because the server memory George the cook Havey Lindsey are all great people and John never had any complaints they always do good and the waitress memory she's a good server I think them all for always give me the respect while I'm there
