Great company and great customer service and great products and great prices ?
Very sad that when you pay so much for drinks and they get it wrong they just roll their eyes like you are the one who made the mistake, rather they took the order wrong. At this point, this I'm no longer going to Starbucks. If you are unhappy at your job don't blame the customers when you get their drink wrong. Roll your eyes at yourself for not listening to the customer, it's not even about you making the drink correctly at this point, once the barista rolled their eyes that was it. I suggest going to another place for coffee. And yet, corporate will probably look at this post as Whatever!! Sad to say.

It's the best, Tony W, in the vons Starbucks is the absolute best. He's so fun, cool, and nicest person, and he makes the drinks so great.
Horrible waited over 15 minutes in line around 4:15 just to be told right before I prefer they are closed?? I even asked the guy like this sign says 5pm and I just want one drink. Like really?
Disappointed that this Starbucks is open one day and “temporarily closed “ the day after, AND then opened the following day. It’s hard for me to believe that it’s because of Covid . If that’s the case, shouldn’t the store be closed for multiple days???? SUPER STRANGE! Extremely inconvenient.I feel that it would at least be nice for customers to know why, other then Just leaving a note on the door saying “temporarily closed”. It also concerns me that if they are closed temporarily due to sickness… Then why is it open to the following day?Just really annoyed that this is the third time I’ve driven over to Starbucks and they are closed for the day for no reason….Truly wishing everyone good health if they are sick, but again still kind of concerned as a customer why they are open one day and close the next…
We stop here every single time we are in Big Bear. The parking lot is large so it makes it easier to park on snow days. Typical grocery store and the prices are reasonable.
