I ordered cappuccino, the coffee was less than usual and it was full of foam. I asked one of tje staff if this is normal she answered yes cappuccino is always like this. I responded back that I always order the same coffee and its never like this. She kept arguing and told me that if I need to add more coffee I should pay for an extra shot. I will never come back to this branch. I literally payed the full amount for two sips. Such a rip off
Went to get birthday drink. As of March 6th its mobile order for pick up or drive thru only. We were hoping to sit by fireplace outside but they said they couldn't turn it on. The heaters outside did work so we hung outside for a short while. Chairs were still frozen so hard to really enjoy there. We ended up driving to a nearby park. Inside theres no seating as area is sectioned off & no bathroom access. Staff was friendly & drinks were great. Plenty of parking in large shopping mall lot. Walking up to it, the mall is cute & ski mountain is in backdrop of this SB. Will be nice to visit when fireplace is ok to use. There is another SB inside of the grocery store on other end of mall, but using a reward & was hoping to enjoy patio seating so opted for this one. Maybe ck their IG for updates.
Very abrupt and rude at the counter. Don’t believe the store sign that says their purpose is kindness. Girl at the counter was rude and told us she had been there for 3 years. We have been there at least 10 times in the last several years and the service is always rude. There was one guy at the pickup area that was nice. They forgot the cookies we ordered and he was nice about it and thanked us for coming. If it wasn’t for him I would have given them a 1 star. We are looking for another coffee place in that area now !
By far the worst service I’ve had at a Starbucks store. I got excited to see only one person in front of me in line. Then I realized that there was a lobby full of people waiting for their drinks…about 20. A lady finally asked for a refund. 20 minutes waiting and I still didn’t have my drinks. The staff appeared unskilled and unfazed. Luckily, I’m just visiting for the day…I would never had Starbucks if this was my town’s store.
I've been coming to this Starbucks for a couple years now. It's my spot and one of my small joys that gets me through the day. I always get a regular hot coffee with extra cream and sometimes they make it perfectly and other times they don't put enough cream, which is absolutely no big deal to me because they're always great at fixing it when I ask them to. Today I got my same order as I usually do and my coffee didn't have enough cream in it, so I let the girl at the window
If you walk in you have to order through their app. Kind of hard when you don’t have reception in the mountains. ? So no drinks for me. I went to the Starbucks inside Vons instead, super nice guy working there. Much better service.
Always say (low staff) like hire more people? Always have a problem every-time I come
There are good Starbucks and there are bad ones. This is a bad one. Terrible, rude service. Mobile order and drive thru only.
Worst Starbucks ever! We were in line for 20 minutes in the drive thru, then the manager comes out up to our window without a mask and tells us he’s closing at 3pm today instead of 9pm and cuts the line off in front of us! We ask him if he could stop the line after the cars that were in line and he said no with an attitude and said his employees were tired! There were 5 other cars behind us. You cut off the line after the last car not somewhere in the middle! Will never go to this Starbucks again and I am a local! They are always out of everything too! They should close this location for good if they can’t keep enough employees to keep it open for the posted hours and enough supply!
We enjoy the patio/ courtyard out front as a respite to enjoy our food and drinks. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They are normally quick with the indoor lines - the drive through often times does get backed up though.
