Update: June 19, 2022All I have to say is if you want to support an owner that doesn't trust its patrons and instigating that you are trying to get away with something ex: you get the salad bar and you are "sharing" with someone then by all means support this establishment. Very rude to minorities, especially. 1 star now, it deserves zero. I feel bad for the workers there.The salad bar was just ok but everything else like the steak, shrimp, strawberry lemonade are all great! Customer service is even better! The workers are great!
We love it was pretty good . Do only things is the server need to be more friendly and nice. But customer service was good. Yes I would came back again . From my house it’s like 1 hour 30 min away.
It was snowing so I ordered a hot chocolate. When I drank it, it was ice cold. It was only 6 oz but I assumed they would refill it with HOT hot chocolate. They refused. That ice cold cup of cocoa cost $6. Somehow, getting two entrees and two add-on salad bars, one cocoa and two glasses of free water cost $73. I will never return. In 10 years their prices have gone up 149%?? Eat somewhere else.
Cheese toast is extra $1 per slice at this location. Order a salmon with baked potato..Franchise vs Corp. The strawberry lemon is really good, 1st refill is free the 2nd it will cost you another drink. Chicken tender meat looks the same as the nuggets. Not really chicken
Service was good ,place was nice and clean,the steak and baked potato was good ,unfortunately the salad bar just isn't what it use to be,not a lot to choose from anymore, I will give them credit that for what they did have to chose from it was well stocked. Staff was nice.
Staff gave conflicting info on the ability to call in an order for pickup. The staff is overwhelmed and the owner said he was too busy to take a phone order saying it would only take 15 minutes. The reality was 20 minutes in line and 30 minutes to get the food. VERY EXPENSIVE for what you get and the staff is kinda useless at this location.
Clean restaurant, very friendly staff, delicious burger & fries. The blueberry lemonade is tasty. Very good experience overall. Will definitely go back for the delicious looking salad bar
If I could give zero stars I would. They over charged us. It was around 1pm and they charged us dinner prices! When we brought it up to the cashier she said she charged us for lunch when the recipt clearly said dinner next to it. The manager was also acting a chef so we never got to see him, but the waitress did fix it. They were so smooth about it. That made me wonder how many times they do this daily. I would not recommend this place or their salad bar. Food was not fresh.
We have eaten here a lot but clearly the quality of food served has declined.The Malibu chicken has changed to something that resembles frozen chicken you would get at Circle K. The cheese was hard around the edges like it was microwaved.The shrimp I was much smaller in size. The steak was very tough and chewy. We paid over $60 for food that clearly did not justify the cost.A positive was the service! The girls are always very friendly and efficient!
terrible experience with staff. waited in line forever to pay. older man with bad English came to our table and kept asking over and over "how many people eating" because only 2 of us were eating but my wife was not. I finally told him to go away and let me eat. all tables around us were filled with dirty dishes. atmosphere uncomfortable and gloomy. not cheap.
