We were looking for a place to eat lunch; pizza and beer sounded good. We walked in, they sat us right away. Service was good, pizza was delicious and great atmosphere.If you need to know the sizes of the pizza just look up and they have the pizza pans on the post.
Saucy Mama’s had some good service but the food was mediocre to me. That’s why I’m giving them 4 stars. My meatballs were a bit dry for being homemade. My husbands baked spaghetti was alright. Not much flavor for being a meat sauce. It had huge chunks of Roma tomatoes.My favorite would be the wings and the garlic fries. The wings weren’t flaming hot like the menu says. It’s just the regular Buffalo sauce but it was crispy. The garlic fries were bomb.com. Super garlicky with lots of flavor!
Food, service, and decor were all great. We had the Wendy's Works pizza - outstanding. Even though it was busy, the service was good - our server was very friendly and attentive. The vast amount of album covers on the walls are a trip to memory lane and great conversation topics.
Walked by Saucy Mama’s twice and it was busy. We decided to give it a try on a weekday evening.Wings was breaded and fried. They were good. Next time will ask the sauce on the side. Garlic fries were really garlicky and crunchy. We liked both of the appetizers.Antipasto salad came with ranch dressing separated was a surprise. I would think it uses vinegar dressing and mixed in the salad. It was disappointing.The large meat lover pizza was meaty on a thin crust. We like that too.Service was adequate and delivered at a reasonable time.
One word... Wow.Best pizza we had in a long time. Not to mention the fried ravioli (I think that's what they were called), both were delicious. It was busy so the wait was a little long, needless to say worth the wait. We'd go back for sure. While you're at the bar, look up the lighting is awesome, couldn't take a pic but was pretty cool. To the staff at the bar, I know you're busy but eye contact is key while attempting customer service, we had to flag someone done to get a drink while you we're chatting with another coworker. Food for thought.
The pizza here is so good, I highly recommend it. My son also had a meat ball sandwich and he enjoyed it as well. Service was a bit long but over all good is great.
Awesome/amazing customer service even when they are very busy all food is on point good very friendly staff ... Pictures don't do the food justice ?
Amazing pizza and wings.. good cold beer (I'm a Guinness fan) and awesome ambiance. The only thing is that you will need to wait like 30 min to be seated. Try this out..
Atmosphere was great! But any mom and pop restaurant that doesn't make homemade dressing, c'mon! No matter how good presentation looks, without some good old fashioned homemade dressing just makes you wonder what other corners are cut. Ordered wings, they were pretty good. They are breaded, then deep fried and drizzled with a BBQ sauce. Had several different pizzas, including the BBQ Chicken. Presentation looked really good! Day old chicken flavor, not so good. Sent it back. Other pizzas were good, sauce was sweet, which was a plus.
Meat lovers pizza and calzone are out of this world. If you can try and dine in to avoid the cold but be warned this place is famous and can get packed but you can use the time to explore the other shops around the village.
