As alot of McDonald's are, it's a quick place to score a quick meal but this location didn't get my order correct, nor was it as tasty as it should've been. But, you're in Big Bear for the activities, not the food so this would be the place just to satiate your hunger without breaking the bank at other restaurants so that you can get back out to play in the snow.
This McDonald's is a little tighter to see from the street than others, as the sign is small, however this fits right in with the areas small town vibe.Location is clean, with a two lane drive thru. The staff were very friendly and didn't rush the order. There is parking on both sides of the location. This is right off the main road, so be safe when you pull out on to it!
6:20pm on a Tuesday. Mobile order. Got there and the door was locked. I saw a worker and a customer they stood there looking at me didn’t say or do anything. I tried opening the door again then I motioned to open the door they said go through the drive through ?♀️no sign saying anything. Then I had to go through the drive through and wait ?♀️ figure it out McDonald employees
Ugh drive thru lady was so rude! They messed up our order so bad! The restaurant is dirty! Eat somewhere else! That drive thru lady needs to go, she clearly hates her job! That adult with my 7 year old daughter in the car was just ridiculous!
I got one fry and 8 drinks. The fries were cold and waxy. I expected a wait but was disappointed with the cold fries. Will try again to allow a second chance to do better.
Good old american fast food. Decent food but certainly not the best hamburgers and fries out there. Fries are either super good and crisp but once cool or Luke warm they are a bit mushy and lack flavor. I had a big mack the other day and it was okay but noticed it was mostly bread and lettuce. The patties seem to be getting smaller my wife even mentioned.
Messed my whole order up. The guy at the window had added extra stuff. What was upsetting was I ordered an egg McMuffin and got sausage egg and cheese. Just glad I was on vacation.
Dirty dinner place! No service no cleaning at all. The worst thing is you cannot stay here more than 5 minutes because the guys don’t offer any heating. Too cold!
We had no bad experience here. Had a fast service, found it nice and clean. There are tables outside as well. Bathroom were clean.
No issue but keep in mind that the prices will be higher than average as Big Bear is a tourist destination. Fortunately, you can still use the app to get some discounts.
