Warning about bringing a service dog. On their front door, they have a sign saying all service dogs must have a vest. According to the ADA guidelines your Service Dog does not need or is required to be outfitted with a vest and would not allow us in. My Service Dog is Lic and had proof as well and they did not even want to see it. Just rud. We are contacting our ADA lawyer and will be bringing this up with the city as well

Just moved into Sugarloaf and stopped in for a bite. The food is great with a big menu selection. Loved the friendly environment and staff. Shout out to Lauren, and thank you for your hospitality!!
Overall, it was very good. It's a bar, so it's loud. I had the pastrami burger. We also had Cobb Salad and fish tacos. Everything but the beef Patty itself was excellent. The beef Patty was nothing special. I think we're spoiled by the Steak n Shakes and the Burger Lounges.
The service here is nice and friendly. Food is tasty and bartenders are hard working.
Food was great. Very busy, but was still able to order take out in 30min. Burger from Hell is incredibly spicy and delicious

I must have picked a busy night to place a To-Go order for my family bc the poor woman serving everyone was by herself, yet she nonetheless managed to provide very friendly service & support, despite being beyond swamped. The place had a friendly neighborhood vibe in which regulars happily pitched in to help clear tables while cheerfully engaging with other patrons. The beer on tap was cold and tasty and the food was delicious. My family and I were all very pleased with our meal and the fantastic service. We would definitely return in the future.

Covid den with Insulting and Disrespectful patrons. I mind my own business and simply want to just wait in line to pick up my food, but I have been confronted no less then three times by patrons openly insulting and singling me out for simply wearing a face mask in a crowded bar during peak flue season. I have serious health conditions and can wind up in the hospital if I even get a minor cold, I don’t tell other people how to live their lives, but to repeatedly be made fun of for taking my own health seriously is devastating. Kallan’s should put a sign up on the door that says face masks not welcome. Either way their message is clear, I will never order from them again.
