The front door is on the street side. If you follow the signage you will be entering the Verizon store. It was like any Jersey Mike's if you've been to one. Except for one exception. They cook their own fries and they looked and smelled good. I didn't get a chance to try them though. Everything tasted as expected except they got two of the sandwiches mixed. They forgot to put ranch dressing on our chicken, bacon ranch sandwich, #26 and instead put it on one of our turkey sandwiches, #7. I think I know how they messed up. One girl seemed brand new and needed a lot of guidance. I believe what happened she was preparing the turkey sandwich "Mike's Way" while I was talking to the guy preparing the CBR sandwich. I was asking about the ingredients and we discussed his spicy version vs ranch dressing. She might've been listening and accidentally grabbed the ranch without thinking and put it on the turkey. Not a big deal, except for my son who ordered it. Nor my other son whose CBR didn't have the "R". They lived through it but you may want to pay attention to how they prepare it.

It's 2022 and you don't have wifi? Also, way little filling to bread ratio. Taste was good prep time was good but there's definitely improvement to be made
The young people working that store have absolutely no customer service skills at all! They were so rude that I didnt finish my order. I just got the one sandwich and left..
Not the best location. Never crazy busy but always slow service! We ordered online, told it would be ready in ten minutes. Showed up in ten minutes and told them what pick up order I was waiting for. The employee confirmed it will be ready shortly. Ten minutes went by and they still hadn't even STARTED our hot sub. While we were waiting discovered they put the sandwich directly on the counter, not in the cutting board and not on the paper they wrap it in. Food quality is always good but the service, wait and cleanliness need a LOT of work
Great food..excellent service. Best sandwich shop in Big Bear. Be kind..they are working hard.
Ashley was such a great help. She was kind and friendly. The store was clean and they made a great sandwich. I will definitely be coming back soon
This place is very slow…Sunday lunch hours is definitely not the best time to visit. We had placed an order online while waiting at the store, took them forever to complete the order… especially the hot sandwiches… they are simply very slow and inefficient.
What a wonderful crew! Very helpful and was impressed with the patience of crew when very busy and having to deal with uptight customers lolDefinitely returning, best subs I had in a very long time! I always get my sandwich stuffed and it always comes out perfect, Ashley was a big help and knew what paired perfect with my sandwich, i cant wait to come back next week and get another one, the staff is hella friendly and makes the place very chill, always feels like family when i come in. Im drooling just thinking of that meat and cheese!
