I ordered the spicy popcorn chicken combo (curly fries instead of regular French fries) and when I got my order I was just completely disgusted. I always just tear Pieces of chicken apart just because I do NOT like fatty/slimey/gristle filled pieces… I tear one piece of the popcorn chicken apart and it was very good with gray-ish color in the middle and just didn’t seem right like it was expired or something… (photo will be attached) and A lot of the popcorn chicken pieces were filled with fatty gristle bits and not fully cooked all the way through such as the bread coating on the chicken being soft and doughy feeling and the other pieces of chicken were so fried or little to no meat in the pieces at all. Also I would like to add that I had specifically only ordered curly fries instead of the regular french fries. When I got my fries it was a mixture of both which was very odd and weird as to why they were mixed when I’ve only ordered the curly fries. Also a lot of the fries were very old tasting and fried to the point I couldn’t even chew them. (Photos of fries will be attached as well.
Just came to this Jack in the box on my motorcycle and their doors were locked. It seemed like they were only taking drive through orders. Spoke into the speaker and no one replied. So unprofessional
Not very happy that this location is not included in the app. I couldn't order though the app and bad to pay more for what I usually buy ☹️ but food and customer service was good ?
My son and husband had breakfast and both got food poisoning. It was the only food they had that was different than the rest of the family. I don't think we will be eating there again. ?
Long drive-thru wait, no lobby seating or entrance. Funny how all restaurants are open for dining but not this place. Left after 20 minutes in drive-thru line.
I've had good and bad experiences here. The food is the same as any jack in the box and the service is friendly. They are short on staff here and still do good job.
Shannon was in my experience one of the best customer service Representatives I've ever come across in the fast food industry even understand she never lost her temper you guys should promote her or give her a raise
The employees are friendly, the dining area and restrooms were clean and sanitary, food was made in good time, and it was hot and fresh....Not to mention yummy. Kudos Big Bear Jack!!! I highly recommend this location of you're craving Jack in the Box.
Everything is always fresh! That's my number one reason for choosing Jack in the box over mic dees when I'm in big bear. This is a quality jack experience.
40-45 minutes in the drive thru line. Never again!
