Awesome!What an amazing spot.Dog friendly, so that is a huge bonus, we ate outside and enjoyed the weather.The Farmers Market Salad was really fresh and delicious.Also tried the Paradise City Burger, hands down everything from the smallest detail was beyond gourmet and absolutely fantastic.Truly a new favorite spot in Big Bear.Good beer on tap as well.This place is top notch, playing an assortment of metal and rock music, I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
Mouth watering burgers, friendly staff and cool location. But that’s not only reason for the 5 stars. From the owner to the managers and the rest of the team, these guys were extremely helpful and courteous in helping get my credit card back after I left it at the restaurant. You can bet I’ll be dining here again next time I’m in town. What more can you ask for when you have great tasting food served by the best kind of people! Thanks again Fire Rock team!
Had a great lunch with my wife,son,and his friend. Wide variety of burgers. We had the Paradise City and Bat Country (next time the one with Mac n cheese). They were both delicious and hearty and came with fries.Our group also ordered two salads-the harvest salad with chicken and the Aztec salad with chicken. The presentation was great and was matched by the flavor and portions. They also have a large selection of beers on tap(suggest the double IPA). Service was great even though the were busy they were very attentive.Definitely planning on returning.
The place is rather small - had to wait for one of the few tables to clear but it was well worth it. Food was outstanding and server (Landon) was great and very personable.
They don’t make the burgers fresh here. The burger meat is frozen patties. They have zero flavor. We went here because it was recommended by a local but it was terrible. Cant believe we spent that much on a frozen patty.
They took a long time to give us the hamburgers, I think they lost our order, there were a lot of customers and it looked like a lack of control. I advise you to arrive without hunger and with a lot of patience.
Nice place. Generous food portions and delicious. The indoor dining area has a nice vibe to it. You better like ranch dressing though, or remember to ask for it to be taken off when you order. Bonus points for Caleb for memorizing our order without writing it down, that's a nice touch.
Ordered online for a group of 6 of us. Food took a while. Apparently they dropped one of the burgers and had to remake it. This in turn made the other 5 people's burgers cold which was less than ideal, but hey better than a floor burger being stuck back in the box, so thanks! With that accident removed from the situation, still some issues. One person got an entirely wrong burger. None of the boxes were labeled so it was an open up each box and guess which burger belongs to each person, and some of the sides were almost burned. #extracrispyzucchini The idea is cool though. We loved the names of the burgers!!!
My burger was good. Beer also fine.Serious question though, how do you guys pay like 12 people to literally stand around and congregate behind the bar? ??♀️ WHO ARE ALL THESE RANDOM PEOPLE???? It was actually annoying how many staff you have standing around. Had to ask to get my table sanitized and still didn't happen - which is mad gross but after you wait an hour and 20 minutes, you take what you can get. No complaint about food just staff was literally a joke. Mad good people watching and jokes during dinner, so there's that.
First time in tonight with 3 families (13 people). We were very impressed by the service! Between splitting checks and all the kids… Caleb rocked it!! Great service, great food & the team work was awesome. We will be back based on the amazing service!!! Thank you Caleb & team :)
