I went on vacation to this place I don't live in the United States I just arrived as a tourist I didn't know the place and the girl who helped me laughed at me for not being able to understand the language very well I just wanted to leave without ordering anything but my son wanted the pizza and she never stopped laughing at me the whole time she attended me I felt discriminated against and the pizza took a long time to give it to me I was sitting in front of them for a long time and on the screen it said that my order was ready and they never gave it to me then the When I asked the same girl, she gave it to me, then I turned around and they murmured words. I had never felt so bad horrible people without education or respect for others
Ordered a pizza that was delivered with parts of the pizza missing. I called to get a refund but was was yelled at and told not to call back and I would not receive any refund. After several attempts to talk to the manager and being hung up on, I’m fully convinced this place hires ur local crack heads to answer their phones, prepare their pizzas and deliver their food. Ordered a large pizza cost $9 could have ordered the smaller pizzas at $6 each LOL nobody suggested that. A sign on the door supposed to honk when you get there nobody comes out in 2 minutes. A lot of people were working there I would have expected a nicer Pizza and plates. But at least the people were really nice!
This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a pizza. I ordered this at 7:53 PM and it never showed up. 3 hours later they say that they will make another, refund the amount and redeliver. They state that no one answered the door, and or answered the phone. They never knocked, and never called. They then stated it was too late to deliver 4 hours after the original order. 10000% would not recommend, stay away from this trash place.
I live 10min away from location and it takes them 2hrs to deliver my order. If I pick up it take 1hr and 30min to complete my order. they need better time management, food quality is poor, wings are cold and drowned in sauce; more sauce then needed. I just don't understand the long wait time and still serve cold food. The owner of these frenchise should really check these problems and address them, time management and all.
The location and employees are awesome. The false advertising and marketing dept are horrible. Online coupons don't give the proper discount. it's always off by a dollar or more which adds up real quick.
Badly managed Domino’s I’ve ever been too. When we got there our order wasn’t ready they said another 20 minutes and the time just kept adding on. The work flow very disorganized only one person doing the pizza’s? All while we are waiting for our food a Caucasian lady with short blonde hair outside in the back on her phone talking about her car and issues for more than an hour she casually went in clocked back in helped one customer and then went back outside to talk on her phone and to top it off she told that costumer he wouldn’t get his order maybe until dinner time maybe about 4 hours that’s ridiculous.Another employee came outside and vaped all while this older gentleman kept making runs outside in the back checking on his coworker that was still outside on her phone for over and hour .Talk about bad management u should be helping your staff and maybe you guys won’t get so backed up, team work people! And to top it off when we finally got our order one of our pizza’s was completely wrong ?♀️. Never again coming to this place again. This domino’s needs some retraining and new management for sure .
Absolutely worst experience I’ve had with a pizza restaurant in my life. Made a grave and unforgiving mistake of ordering from this worthless place. It took over 3.5 hrs to get ONE cheese pizza! How is that even possible?! We tried calling the restaurant over 10 times and they would pick up the phone and immediately hang up. I am perplexed that this place is even in business. Disgrace to food service everywhere. There’s third world street vendors that are better than this. Sadly, this place has tarnished the name of Domino’s pizza for me and we’ll never order from them again. Please save yourself the headache and avoid this place at all costs.
I do not know if every Dominos is this way or if it is only this location. I ordered a pizza at 5:15, it went through Quality check at 6:23. The driver picks it up at 6:42. The ETA for the pizza is 7:18.Two hours for a pizza? The pizza be worth it. The manager should take a hard look at how the store operates.
The pizza wasn’t bad. The people working there are very rude. If you want to deal with employees who obviously have never been taught how to interact with others and don’t enjoy their jobs, this is the perfect place to visit.
