Went put for breakfast before our zipline tour. good food, nice and clean restaurant and special thanks to Nancy who waited on us and served us excellent. Next time when we are in Big Bear we will come back! greetings from two traveling Dutchies.
I love this place! I go here once a week at least or more with my wife and our friends. My wife and I have been going here since 2017 when we were only dating. The service has always been amazing especially from the manager Janet who has always been super great and responsive to anything we've needed like refills, napkins and the many chocolate shakes we always get. This manager has ALWAYS been consistent in being incredible in customer service. Whatever Janet is being paid just isn't enough when you account for the Incredible unrelenting customer service skills presented to every customer that walks in the door.This Denny's is run very well and the servers seem to do a good job and the server Jordan is always very fast with taking our orders and doing her job overall especially with recommending different food to order.
Service was excellent. For easy Good. It was not $6.99 as advertised on T.V. It was $8.99. When it came time to pay the bill there were three amounts of gratuity one for 18%, 22% and another. This wasn't done on the cash register it was done on a tablet. I gave the 18%. I am used to having a transaction taking place on a register, with a receipt given, where are you write the amount of gratuity you want in there. I guess every restaurant is different how they ring up a transaction this is different I'm not used to it. Other than that everything was fine
The lady at the reception (seems like she was the manager) has a heart of gold. I was wandering around looking for a washroom for myself and a woman friend of mine and couldn't find any. When I went to her, she did not even ask us to order and gave us the go-ahead to use the washroom. I ended up ordering a strawberry cheesecake and while on my way out she greeted me again by saying "I hope you enjoy that cheesecake". The cheesecake was yum as well.Bless her heart! People like her are the reason I choose to be kind to others despite how other people take advantage of kind people. I wish her good health!

Came here on a Sunday morning. They were definitely swamped, but my party was seated quickly and given drinks soon after. The waitress was pleasant enough and attentive. It did take 20-30 minutes for us to get our food, but, hey, staffing sucks at plenty of food service places. The food was great, and my party of 5 hungry men was satisfied.

There was only 1 waitress & she was the manager. It was really crowded but she was very patient & nice. We got our food in a timely manner & she provided great service to everyone even with the current situation. Food was still good & fresh. Thanks.
The food was good but the claw machine was disappointing. My daughter wanted to play it and I told her it was probably a scam. I asked the cashier if I could pay him $20 for a teddy bear. He said he was sorry but Denny's didn't own the machine. I asked if $100 would do it, but he told me honestly, he didn't have the key.I felt there had to be a solution to the problem, I tried paying it and got the expected nothing result. I was considering smashing the glass with a coffee cup but realized I may end up in jail for that. I'm hoping someone reads this review and contact me with a solution.
Worst Denny's experience ever... Order was wrong multiple times. Multiple items forgotten. The server was incredibly rude and when we asked where an item of our food is he said we didn't even order it. The "buffalo" wings do not come as advertised... We also received "Chips & Queso" and did not receive the queso. It took 45 minutes for one meal to come out. Fries were about the only redeeming quality.
