It was aweful. Been sick for 2 days. Won't ever eat at this one in big bear again. The fries were only half full and I couldn't even finish the burger. It was so dry and I am glad I didn't finish it or maybe I would be even sicker.
Now, I've had several hamburgers at several locations and some of them were disappointing but this place made one of the most delicious and meaty hamburger!!! I really enjoyed it from start to end!!!
Everyone who works here is friendly even when they're packed & rushed. Love the beyond burger!
Always fast, friendly, and good. They have never gotten my order wrong. Love it.
Quick service in the drive thru, but my burger was not hot (or warm). Very nice and friendly employees.
The employee in the drive through was rude. We asked to use restroom and she said restrooms are not open.
Supply chain issues are hitting really hard as this place ran out of buns so we had to go to McDonald's.
Some of employees I guess are new and need some more training but still this place is my favorite and only fast food restaurant I go in big bear, I wish I would know about it earlier so I wouldn’t waste my money at McDonald’s ??
We were in Big Bear for the day and wanted something quick top eat. The food was fresh, however the place was very unkept, food smudged on the floors and dirty tables.
All Carl's Jr are the same. I don't remember going to this one specifically but i probably had a great time
